Excepcional
Pros:

Me encantó mi experiencia en el hotel. Es un lugar pequeño, ideal para estancias cortas, pero realmente muy cómodo y acogedor. Decidí hospedarme allí por primera vez después de leer buenos comentarios y por la ubicación ya que tenía cita en la embajada norteamericana y era muy cerca de este hotel, y sin duda superó mis expectativas.

La atención fue excepcional. Todo el personal está siempre dispuesto a ayudar, especialmente cuando uno no conoce la ciudad, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Quiero destacar y agradecer especialmente a Marisol, Diana, Ashely y Ronald, así como al equipo de limpieza; todos fueron muy amables, atentos y profesionales. Sin duda, me volvería a hospedar allí al 100%.

Además, antes de mi llegada llamé al hotel para preguntar si podían ayudarme con el traslado desde el aeropuerto, ya que no conozco mucho Bogotá. Muy amablemente me coordinaron con Jhonatan, un conductor de confianza del hotel, quien me acompañó durante mis días en la ciudad. Su servicio también fue excelente.

En general, me llevo una muy buena impresión de todos ustedes. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
