Sky Pavilion

We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out everything was efficient, professional & very friendly. The staff were amazing & their service outstanding. Breakfast was delicious & served with a breath taking view!! After a long dusty day to be able to return to the Sky Pavillion for dinner was a welcomed delight. The food was great, service superb, so relaxing. Our room was immaculate with an incredible view. Thank you for an amazing welcome to Sri Lanka.

This hotel is not terrible but given the prices, it is underperforming. We had 2 nights booked here, and chose to leave after one, going to the cheaper but far far superior Earls Regency hotel. Despite my complaints the manager was not able to refund the one nights stay - not great customer service. I don't normally leave reviews, but thought travellers expecting a certain standard should heed this advice.

Good stuff - staff friendly, but manager unable to offer refund. View is nice, but there are plenty of ways to get the same view at other locations in Kandy.

Bad stuff - the high price for the standard of the accommodation (3* at best). Given the reviews we were expecting a pretty decent hotel by modern standards. Unfortunately our room did not live up to expectations - multiple stains on soft furnishings, sticking plaster with hair on the bedhead, broken tap, dead insects in the lights, breakfast was very average. We also complained that the tv (audio) did not work, the phone did not work, the aircon remote did not work, there were no hand towels in the room, there was no swimming pool, etc etc.

Summary - not a terrible hotel, but much better options out there, suggest you think twice before booking

Faultless hotel. Great location away from all the hustle and noise of Kandy. The level of service was really exceptional throughout. That's it.

Amazig place, views, staff and food! Would defenetly stay here again

高所にあるため眺望は最高！部屋数も少ないため静かに快適にすごすことができた。ただレストラン・共有スペースと部屋が接しているため客層によっては騒がしくなると思われる。
ホテル内ではアルコールの提供をしていないが持ち込みは可能。我々は夕食時レストランにワインを持ち込み。またホテルに頼めばトゥクトゥク（有料）で調達もしてくれる。
ネット環境はあまりよくない。
朝食はとても美味しく、テラスで朝陽を浴びながら楽しめた。

Es war eine überraschende aber überaus positive Erfahrung. Ein kleines individuelles, reizendes Haus. Kleine Zimmer aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, einem schönen Badezimmer und einer fantastischen Aussicht.
Man ist dem Himmel ganz nahe! Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt!

Great hotel near Kandy. Fantastic view over the mountains. Lovely room with bathtub on the terrace overlooking the valley. A splendid dinner was served on the rooftop. Friendly staff.

I loved this place. The staff made it amazing. Roshan took amazing care of us. Everyone was super sweet and always smiling. The chefs made delicious food. It's fairly priced. We had a lovely time here.

Excellent hotel, location and staff. Beautiful views! This was the first stay of our honeymoon in SL, out of the three hotels we stayed at across SL the stay here was the best. This was largely due to the brilliant service from the management and staff and the amazing views (it felt like we were staying on a cloud). Nothing was too much for the hotel staff. They also provided a tuk tuk and a very good and personable driver (Austin) for one of the days to explore Kandy, which is beautiful in itself. Just one thing about the day out in Kandy (and this is nothing against the hotel or Austin) if you visit the spice and ayurvedic place, take the free tour and the free massage they offer (tip the massage staff if you wish) but DO NOT buy anything at this place. As I said it was nothing to do with the hotel or Austin, I just want to make sure the spice garden don't con anyone else. I am already trying to plan another visit to this excellent hotel soon!

The view from the hotel is amazing. The room was clean, decorated in a modern style with balcony. We ordered dinner before going to Esala Perehera and finally back to the hotel around 10:30pm. We were tired, hungry and afraid that the restaurant may has closed, but we were welcomed by the staff and they started to cook for us which was really delicious!

Wonderful boutique hotel. Fantastic views over the river valley. Great restaurant and very reasonable prices. Staff could not be more helpful and friendly.Rooms are very stylish and plenty of other areas to relax.

The hotel is simple and the staff is willing to provide you help at any time. Breakfast is really good and make difference with others. If you plan to visit the city and the sorrounding area ask in the reception to arrange a Tuk Tuk or a Van. Tuk Tuk with Austin (driver) is very convenience, on time and trustable.

Amazing view...lovelyandcozyroom.Location is abit scary to get to. Other than that it's a wonderful experience. Staff were vry friendly.
