Pros:

Beautiful hotel with good amenities and great location. Loved the feel of the place. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Room was quiet.

Brilliant location and beautiful canal views

Cons:

We had a water leak in our room, despite reporting it after our first night it wasn’t fixed until our last night. The dripping water kept us awake and the carpet was soaked, we ended up putting down towels to try and mitigate the damage. Housekeeping was poor, didn’t seem to notice the wet towels under the leak, and didn’t make our bed, just threw the doona on the bed

Perfect location.
Pros:

The location is perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Lots of little touches that add to the positive experience, such as the free snack, cold drinks and tea and coffee available throughout the day. They gave me a cute snack bag on check out. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful quiet quaint neighborhood where you can walk to several restaurants and the Tram.The canal view is amazing!

Cons:

The rooms are petite so is the bed but the view of the canal was amazing! Just wish there was a chair to enjoy the view.

Estadia razoável, problemas de conforto e higiene.

A localização é excelente, próximo de restaurantes e bares.

Cons:

No quarto, havia um barulho recorrente vindo dos canos. Comentei com a recepcionista, que informou ser algo normal, relacionado ao ar-condicionado, e que o ruído passaria. No entanto, ele continuou voltando com frequência durante a estadia.
O banheiro era bem pequeno.
Também solicitei um travesseiro adicional. Quando fui buscá-lo na recepção, ele estava diretamente sobre o balcão. Para colocar a fronha, a atendente apoiou o travesseiro sobre a própria calça, o que considerei bastante inadequado do ponto de vista de higiene.

I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
