Great, only stay if you don’t mind a reception staff that is rude and lacks compassion.
Pros:

It is very clean and comfortable. Great bathroom. Great location.

Cons:

The staff needs to learn how to communicate effectively and respectfully. They do not communicate with compassion. Their approach and attitude takes this place from a 10 to a 5. No matter how great the hotel itself is, the customer service truly ruins it. From not being shown the elevator after checking in to having a man knock on my door to yell at me that I need to go downstairs to change my key card. Overall really great hotel, but I wouldn’t stay here because of the customer service experiences.

Quite nice as the room, location and staff were wonderful.
Pros:

Location was great and your staff was exceptional. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was quite nice. Breakfast was also quite good.

Cons:

The stairs after the elevator on the second floor were challenging for me with my need for a cane to walk safely. My problem not yours.

Great location
Pros:

The property is in an excellent location. Full of bars restaurants and great shopping. Easy to walk to all the major sites. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are very small. We had a twin room and the single beds were the smallest I had ever slept in.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

We had a fantastic time at Mr Jordaan. The staff were really welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location, in a residential area near great cafes and shops. The room was designated well, very comfy bed and great bathroom and facilities overall. We will definitely be returning.
