Very thoughtful accommodations
Pros:

This hotel is WONDERFUL! The location is great because it’s close to everything, but still quiet. The staff is beyond welcoming, the rooms are well appointed and all the details are thought through. The lobby has games and complementary drinks and we spent hours hanging out there. They were willing to hold our luggage until our departure and they were so thoughtful with every detail!

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
Pros:

Beautiful location, perfect mix of size and coziness, very friendly staff, always felt safe, great common areas. We were lucky to receive an unexpected free upgrade upon check in!

Cons:

No complaints here! There are a lot of stairs if that’s an issue for anyone, but there is a very small elevator.

Lovely accommodations, Great staff, Not so great room location.
Pros:

It was clean, with fresh stroopwafels available. There was an easy exit to street level via the exit on our floor. The room was easy to find since it was on the first floor. Gummy bears were delicious. The bed was comfortable, and the water in the bathroom got hot quickly with great shower pressure.

Cons:

The room was connected to the stairwell and across from the elevator bank, so we heard EVERYTHING. people coming up and down the staris and people unloading from the elevator. The bathroom was right above the kitchen. We could also hear what happened there, to the point where we could hear the kitchen, even clearly when someone dropped a dish and it broke.

Pros:

In the perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. They went above and beyond and all the little touches made our stay so memorable

Cons:

Nothing, everything was perfect. I have recommended the hotel to all my friends and family
