Pros:

Location is excellent, the breakfast is good and the staffs are friendly
The room we booked are spacious and nice.

Cons:

We booked a disability access room as we have one person needs to use walker and wheelchair. The shower hose near the shower head is leaked so it is inconvenience to help to shower the disability person. The repair guy come and said we may need to change room. Later we received a call saying that they will repair or change the shower head and hose after we left and we no need to change the room. Moreover, there is not enough rack for holding towels in the bathroom. All towels were putting on the shower stool which we needed to use...
we hope this situation can be improved.....

Not worth the cost
Pros:

Nice rooms lots of plug ins. But not worth 200.00 a night. Good location.

Cons:

Barely any Parking for large pickups.no vending machines, hardly any products in there store. Staff un helpful. Kleenex box empty for 2 days. Card in room asking to tip cleaning staff.

Honestly! I've stayed at many hotels before and I can say it was enjoyable and interesting. I don't recall having that much fun in a hotel dwelling scenario especially for a long term stay. Everyone just seems to be pleasant, welcoming and all that jazz. I hardly give reviews but might I say this one is a must ( 7 out of 5 stars). Cheers!

Never disappointed!!
Pros:

I love staying here! I always feel welcomed by the friendly staff. The rooms are extremely clean and set up for one person or for families with the bigger fridge and supply of cups, dishes and utensils.
The hotel is easy to get to and close to West Edmonton Mall if that’s where you’re going and the prices are great.
Being connected to the Holiday Inn Express gives you the best of two hotels for the price of one. I always book ahead as it fills up quickly. I definitely recommend staying here!!
