Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend.
Die Lage ist optimal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es war kaum möglich zwei größere Reisetaschen abzustellen.
Die Zimmertüren sind aus Blech. Es gab keine Nachttischlampen.
Der Zimmerservice fiel auch mal aus.
Das Hotel wird nur durch den Portier per Hand durch einen Schlüssel geöffnet. Wir hatten den Eindruck eingesperrt zu sein. Wenn es dort mal eine Evakuierung (zB. bei Feuer) geben muss, dann wird es kritisch für die Gäste.
Das Frühstück hat uns auch nicht überzeugt.

Excelente atención, buena ubicación, hotel muy cómodo.
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fué la atención del personal que trabaja en el hotel, siempre atentos y dispuestos,tienen una gran calidad humana.El desayuno es delicioso,jugos naturales recién hechos, frutas frescas , huevos y otras opciones preparados en el momento.Muy bien la limpieza de la habitación y de todas las instalaciones.Es una construcción antigua refaccionada y muy bien mantenida.La ubicación es excelente, está cerca de la torre del reloj y del puerto la bodeguita que son los lugares de donde salen los tours, alrededor hay farmacias, mercadito y una gran variedad de restaurantes de todos los precios.El barrio Getsemaní es muy lindo y a pesar de que hay movida nocturna la habitación es silenciosa y se puede descansar bien.El colchón es espectacular,lindas sábanas y toallas, buena ducha.En el hotel ofrecen tours muy buenos y confiables.Volvería sin dudar.
