A comfortable and well-managed hotel with excellent staff and thoughtful service in the middle of Kharkiv.
Pros:

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean, comfortable and safe hotel in central Kharkiv. The breakfast delivered to the room door every morning was a very appreciated detail, especially in the current situation. Good atmosphere and reliable service throughout the stay.

Cons:

Nothing major. The situation in Kharkiv naturally affects the overall atmosphere, but the hotel handled everything very professionally.
