As a Solo female traveller, was made to feel very uncomfortable by the amount of male staff workers downstairs that don't know how to stop staring. made me feel very uncomfortable and resulted in me cutting my stay short! Do better or at least try to hide the oogling!!

Lovely staff! Comfortable stay!!
Pros:

The staff are very attentive and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Loved the tv! Shower was hot!

Nice downtown hotel, we had specially good experience with the young man in training :-)

Clean rooms and great showers, but beware of hidden breakfast charges!
Pros:

I recently stayed at Cafe Aroma Inn and booked a twin-bed room. Overall, the room was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was a major plus—it had excellent water pressure for a very comfortable shower, and I really appreciated the separated wet and dry zones.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't cold when we first turned it on. We just decided to wait it out and went to sleep, and it did eventually get cooler late at night.

I want to give a strong warning about the breakfast. Even if your room rate already "includes breakfast," be very careful not to choose the American Breakfast. We ordered it and were hit with an extra charge. The text mentioning the surcharge is in very small print on the menu, and unfortunately, the staff did not communicate this clearly to us before we placed our order.

Superbe pour visiter Kandy !
Pros:

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville de Candy le petit-déjeuner le matin était très bon, le personnel est très serviable surtout Shimar toujours très souriant avec nos enfants et à notre écoute.
