Pros:

La posizione centrale. Personale gentile. Presenti prodotti per il bagno, phon e doppi asciugamani. Abbiamo pranzato nel ristorante e il cibo era abbastanza buono con prezzi modici

Cons:

La stanza non era pulita bene, non aveva finestre ed era piccolina.
La colazione molto scarsa e non buonissima.

Great location, right in the middle of the city.
Pros:

Staff were super helpful. Great location. Close to cultural show and Kandy Lake. Great breakfast. Handy having a coffee shop downstairs.

Cons:

The air conditioner was extremely noisy. It was like a fish tank was in the room gurgling away.

Fantastic place
Pros:

We made a great choice when we changed to this accommodation. Right in the centre of the city.
The room was very comfortable. The lack of natural light was not a problem, small price to pay for such a great spot and we were close to a shared balcony.
The staff in the restaurant and also running the accommodation are truly exceptional. Young Shan is going to have a great career in hospitality I’m sure.

Pros:

Zentral gelegenes nettes Hotel, freundliches Personal, super Frühstück schon ab 06:30 morgens. Zimmer mit Balkon war schön und groß, Bad ok, Service außergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Wir empfehlen es, wenn man in Kandy nicht auf den Hügeln wohnen will.

Pros:

It was walking distance to the lake and the temple. (The street was eerily dead at night, though.) The breakfast was fine. The waiters at breakfast were nice.

Cons:

I think some of the rooms haven't been maintained at all for the past 20 years. I think the A/C unit was 20 years old, and it did not work very well. I don't think the walls have been painted for 20 years. They were in the process of renovating one of the rooms (so the bed and furniture were in the hallway). Hopefully they will eventually renovate all the rooms.

Lage war sehr zentral. Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal bemüht und freundlich.

Cons:

Man hat kein Fenster im Zimmer. Das „Fenster“ vor dem Bett schaut zum Flur, man muss einen Vorhang zuziehen um Privatsphäre zu haben.
