Superbe pour visiter Kandy !
Pros:

L'emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville de Candy le petit-déjeuner le matin était très bon, le personnel est très serviable surtout Shimar toujours très souriant avec nos enfants et à notre écoute.

Cons:

Was not worth it, one of our beds had dirty sheets, we heard a man snoring all night (paper thin walls) and the bathroom stunk of vomit - earlier that morning we heard someone omitting so it was probably that. Which isn’t the hotels fault but it impacted us and the $70 a night we paid was certainly not worth it.

Very central location within walking distance to all places of interest and restaurants. The staff was very welcoming and it was surprisingly quiet. Comfortable room and clean bathroom. Lovely choice of breakfast.

Cons:

The room only had Indian power points so make sure you have the right adapters.

The hotel cancelled booking and atill charged me after.
Pros:

2 days before my stay the hotel t t me to cancel the booking saying the room was under repair, so i booked an alternAtive . The hotel then charged me for my stay and i am still trying to resolve it.
They denied cancelling despite me showing the txts.
By coincidence i met and american man who had the identical experience 2 days later.
I’d avoid , there are plenty of nicer places in same price range .

No window to the outside (only to a hallway) and no soundproofing at all. Could hear everyone and everything including staff getting ready for their work day early in AM.

La posizione centrale. Personale gentile. Presenti prodotti per il bagno, phon e doppi asciugamani. Abbiamo pranzato nel ristorante e il cibo era abbastanza buono con prezzi modici

Great location, right in the middle of the city.

Staff were super helpful. Great location. Close to cultural show and Kandy Lake. Great breakfast. Handy having a coffee shop downstairs.

Fantastic place
Pros:

We made a great choice when we changed to this accommodation. Right in the centre of the city.
The room was very comfortable. The lack of natural light was not a problem, small price to pay for such a great spot and we were close to a shared balcony.
The staff in the restaurant and also running the accommodation are truly exceptional. Young Shan is going to have a great career in hospitality I’m sure.
