房間寬敞，大小毛巾齊備，房內有小冰箱，浴室乾濕分離，水量熱又大，而且不是電熱式，不用擔心洗太久水溫會下降，電視是全頻道第四台，這樣的價位還提供地下停車場，非常超值

附近大環境稍微複雜，晚上聽得到附近唱卡拉OK的聲音，出門覓食遇到醉客當街毆人。
