Hotel cómodo y bien ubicado,
Pros:

Habitación espaciosa, con camas cómodas. Buena limpieza y con un desayuno bastante variado. Hotel bien ubicado. La piscina en la azotea es un plus.

Pros:

Ubicación, precio y atención, fueron excelentes. Sobre todo que nos hicieron el favor de tener la habitación lista antes de tiempo dado a la ocasión especial.

Cons:

Solo una cosa. No nos sentimos del todo cómodos con que ingresaran a la habitación para grabar y revisar la nevera antes de que hubiéramos terminado de salir, ya que todavía estábamos organizando nuestras maletas y dejando todo listo.

La atención del personal al ingreso es excepcional, Laura fue extremadamente amable y nos orientó sobre los sitios para visitar en Santa Marta. Otro chico de la recepción fue muy atento con nosotros todo el tiempo.

Cons:

Ya que salíamos temprano, nos dieron el desayuno para llevar. Pero, considero que pueden consultar qué fruta prefiere y la bebida (agua o jugos en caja).

Estancia perfecta. Muy recomendable.
Pros:

El trato del personal impecable desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con todo. La habitación muy limpia y el desayuno completo. Bonito rooftop para tomar algo al atardecer.
