Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Many guests praise cleanliness ('Super limpio', 'muy limpio', 'la habitación muy limpia'); generally excellent housekeeping though one guest noted a slight musty odor in a room.
Service
8.5
Staff frequently described as attentive and friendly (named staff like Laura highlighted), but there are operational issues: very slow check-in/checkout lines in at least one report and a serious administrative problem reported (no electronic invoice sent), which lowers the score slightly.
Location
9.2
Multiple reviews state the hotel is well located and strategic for visiting attractions; a few note surrounding area feels less attractive and one guest complained the listing claims 'frente al mar' which is inaccurate.
Room Quality
9.1
Rooms described as spacious with comfortable beds and good security; overall very positive, with isolated issues (minor humidity smell, and one incident of staff entering rooms to inspect the fridge that affected guest comfort).
Amenities
8.6
Rooftop pool, gym and rooftop bar cited as strong positives ('piscina en la azotea es un plus', 'zona de la piscina fantástica'), but several guests requested extended pool hours and noted limited night access.
Value for Money
8.4
Some guests explicitly praised price and value ('Ubicación, precio y atención, fueron excelentes'), but others found the breakfast limited compared to expectations; administrative invoice problems also affect perceived value for some.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast and restaurant dinner receive many positive mentions ('desayuno muy rico', 'buffet muy sabroso', dinner 'exquisito'), though a few guests found breakfast variety limited or average.
Overall Experience
8.5
Most stays described as very good to excellent ('Estancia perfecta', 'Muy bien', 'Excelente') with attractive rooftop and friendly staff; recurring operational issues (check-in delays, pool hours, invoicing) temper the overall score.

Pros:

Ubicación.

Cons:

Pros:

El desayuno y el gimnasio

Cons:
