There were cockroaches at night. Also, it would have been nice to have a table next to the bed.

Not satisfied with the facilities.

I am appalled!!! We walked into the 2 rooms we booked and the bathroom floor and the inside of the fridge were covered in black mold! My son is very allergic! When we told the desk staff (only person there) about how dirty the rooms were he said he would switch it for a cost. We left the hotel and stayed somewhere else.Hotel.com said I couldn’t get a refund, even though the pictures on your site for this hotel are False! This is false advertising and I want my money back! The beds even looked like they had been slept in.

Booked this room because the pictures looked appealing. But the pictures are very very old. The place is a disaster. Everything is run down and black mold in the whole bathroom. The sheets are Not like the pictures, they are brown, unwashed and smelled hair grease. Changing sheets for every guest is a must but this place don't do this. Unbelievable!! How can they even run this place ??!!

Not good at cleaning up on the floor and at the lobby. Bed is comfy.

The view was beautiful. You woke up to the hills. I will go there again.

ไม่มีแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดห้อง ต้องรอให้บอก จึงจะทำให้ ถ้าโพสต์ว่ามี daily cleaning ก็ควรจะทำให้ ไม่ใช่รอให้ guest บอก

Zimmer hat die eigenen Anforderungen erfüllt, ich fühlte mich wohl und preiswert untergebracht.
Sauberkeit könnte besser sein und muffiger Geruch im Bad wegen Waschbecken aus Holz, aber nichts ekelhaftes. Busstation nach Chiang Dao und/oder Pai 2 Minuten entfernt.

O hotel é muito limpo, confortável, em boa localização. Recomendo!

샤워커튼에 곰팡이가 가득 나무로 된 세면대도 불청결해보이고 위치나 외관은 괜찮지만 청결하지는 못하네요

First, the receptionist(if it's a reception)serve so good! Then there's a elevator!! LoL! But we had a bad night the day we arrived. Because the bed dings are just like the song"it was all yellow", but you will abusolutely get what u have paid for, this price with so near to the city, it's really doing well.

It's very hard to find this hotel because there's no sign, even the local driver couldn't find it. There's not service for this hotel. But the room is very BIG and bright with big French window. Room itself is adorable but there's ants in my room. It's far away from the main area and it's not a pleasure to walk on the street. The price is ok, I found a better location hotel in the old city with lower price. I would to say this hotel is design for the people wants to stay in the room all day. They only provide 2 bottles of water per stay and not refill, no fridge in the room.

We were very pleased with our stay. the hotel is located extremely well and is close to everything !
the room was simply and cleanly , very large and high ceilings .
we had a great balcony with good views , however, there was much noise from street cars (but that did not bother us).
air-conditioning was good but the wifi was really bad and we could not use it.
the room was in Really good condition but unfortunately there was a lot of ants.
The bed was large and extremely comfortable.
On the opposite side of the hotel is a kitchen that makes a great khao soi!!

We will recommend this hotel!
