中心地から離れていると言われていたので、ここにするかどうか迷っていました。
でもガガーリン公園のほぼ横で、栄光広場のすぐ目の前でした。他にも動物園や旧樺太神社、山の空気展望台、勝利広場など、中心地から少し離れた観光地にも歩いて行けて、結果的にこの場所でよかったです。ユジノサハリンスク駅も徒歩20分〜25分程度で。市内観光は全て徒歩で回れました。
ホテルもとても清潔で快適でした。

Clean and quiet, close proximity to Gorny Vozdukh, discount for skiers, spacius rooms, limited breakfast, good wifi. I always stay when visit Sakhalin here. Complimentary water and tea. They can store your luggage after check-out even if its bulky ski equipment.

This is a good honest hotel, staff were very friendly and informative, rooms tastefully decorated and clean, wifi was ok and free, location is great for Yuzhno. I'd recommend . Reasonably priced, restaurant was basic but food was always prompt, hot and tasty.

Nice hotel, friendly and polite receiption girl, excellent cafe late in the bar.

Stayed here whilst on a work trip. Staff were very helpful and the location to various attractions is good. The food and service was pretty average I thought until I stayed in a couple of other establishments during other trips. I would now say it is pretty good in comparison with many other places in Sakhalin.

I found it a little bit provincial, but clean and with friendly, helpful staff. Located in the park, the hotel is turned to the street. So, looking for the quiet room, ask for one looking to the back, to the park. They provide the breakfast for the small fee and it is preferable to call during the evening, to have the breakfast ready in time. Four variants are available and they are OK.
The pool is small and the steam bath is for additional fee.

Very nice hotel close to park and skiing slopes. Rooms are very clean and spacious. All the room amenities are new and in a very good condition. Same goes to bathroom and shower. Pretty reasonable price for Uyzhno-Sahalinsk, and they have 20% discount for skiers an snowboarders in winter.

sorry to rain on yet another parade, do you make allowances for locations when reviewing, I've stopped this and rate them all on the same scale as there hotels even in Belarus which try hard. The staff here were very helpful although they conive with taxi drivers to hype up rates- still cheap though and a lot less than you'd ever get at the station. It's in a fairly off the main track place but only 10 minutes from the city centre or old town. The entrance is dark and seedy with night clubs and strip joints leading off and the ladies of the evening outside, the only time we encountered this once common episode in all Belarus. Breakfasts, this is tour party territory, second morning just grabbed a bottle of water, not even a bit of rye bread left to eat. Rooms, adequate and a quiet nights sleep. There are obviously better hotels to be had in Minsk

Yubileynaya Hotel is located in a quite area close to the city' s central park . 5- 6 minutes walking distance to the downtown and main amenities.
The rooms are well- kept, spacious and light.
The service is good. The personnel is kind and experienced.
There are fitness and massage centre in the building, but we did not tried them.
Wi- fi Internet is provided for the guests (not sure is it free).

Yubileinaya is a clean, comfortable, new-ish hotel. Mainly used by business travellers in the oil & gas industry.
Staff are helpful and efficient, with standards of English-speaking generally very good. Taxis were always organised at very short notice.

The layout of the hotel is a bit quirky, rather like it was designed by someone who had never stayed in a hotel before; the room number 20's are on the first floor, the 30's on the second floor etc. The rooms are furnished with wooden cabinets that would be more suited to storing crockery than clothes.
The bar/resturant is clean and has quick service (combination of Russian and 'Western' menu), but is completely lacking any atmosphere.

In summary, a perfectly clean and agreeable hotel for short to medium-length visits.
