Conveniently located, 7 min walk from the MRT. Close to restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to check in earlier. The view of the city from our room was great. Smart TV available.
The breakfast was pretty standard. It is a busy hotel that takes large tourist groups frequently so at times, the hotel did not feel relaxing. The lobby was busy and there was construction nearby, so it was loud.

The hotel was in a good location and was easy to get to. Staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was great. Easy access to public transportation via the MRT or the buses. Rooms were decent and they quickly fixed anything that was broken.
I wish they had a lounge for guests to gather or hangout instead of the small waiting area next to the reception desk. We also requested two wheelchairs, but when we checked in, they only had one available, so my cousin who was disabled used it and we had to make our 100 year old grandma walk around instead. Also, be aware of you have ride drop offs, police are stationed near the hotel entrance on weekdays to guide traffic around the time work is over so they will not let taxis or ride shares drop you off near the hotel so you will have to drive down a little further to get dropped off. Also, while the hotel bathroom has a bidet, they ask you not to flush toilet paper the toilet even though other hotels we’ve stayed at let us do that.
