Me agrado mucho la atención de las señoras de la cocina y aseo muy amables y atentas

Demasiado ruido al frente instalron un Super equipo de sonido y los funcionarios del hotel no pusieron la queja para que llegaran las autoridades ha silenciarlo, el servicio de restaurante no funciono para el almuerzo el día 25, a la hora de preguntar alternativas de servicio de restaurante no supieron dar información, cuando el hotel tiene a cuadra y media un restaurante llamado Gardel muy bueno

la actitud de los recepcionistas, ellos se limitaban a hacer los justo, les falto iniciativa, compromiso de servicio

Cons:

Mal servicio, tomamos una habitación para 2 personas, solo tenía una toalla, pedimos la toalla, ma de 2 horas en llévala, en 2 ocaciones, las habitaciones huelen a humedad, el aire acondicionado goteaba encima de una de las camas, dice que tiene parqueadero, pero es demasiado pequeño solo para 4 carros máximo.
