Mi trovavo per affari in Russia, precisamente a Mosca, e sempre per impegni di lavoro ho avuto bisogno di prenotare alcune notti a San Pietroburgo , il mio volo Mosca , San Pietroburgo partiva alle ore 21,00 è proprio quando io mi trovavo in volo mi è stata inviata una mail di sabato sera alle ore 21,05 per comunicaremi che l’avenue htel non poteva più darmi la camera nonostante io l’avessi prenotata, e pagata regolarmente .
Nella mail c’era scritto che mi avrebbe trovato un’alterna a poche centinaia di metri di distanza, dovevo solo confermare per accettazione, cosa che io naturalmente non ho potuto fare visto che non avevo internet, e comunque mi trovavo in volo per San Piettoburgo. In poche parole io mi sono dovuto recare nell’albergo sostitutivo alle ore 0,30 della notte L’albergo sostitutivo non essendo a conoscenza del nostro arrivo mi ha giustamente fatto ripagare l’albergo .
Lascio a voi trarre le conclusioni sulla mia soddisfazione del servizio ricevuto.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni (3 notti) a San Pietroburgo in questo hotel. Le condizioni di pulizia sono eccellenti, unico neo lo spazio per la colazione è molto ridotto rispetto alle persone ospitate in hotel per cui era necessario fare turni. Inoltre in hotel non parlano inglese (ma abbiamo notato che è un poì così ovunque in Russia) quindi c'erano difficoltà di comunicazione. Il personale è comunque servizievole e cordiale. Il segnale wi-fi è eccellente e non abbiamo avuto mai problemi di connessione. La metro è nelle vicinanze (5 minuti a piedi).

Pros:

Небольшой отель, приятная хозяйка,отличное расположение к метро. Отличные кафе и кофейни рядом. Отдыхали вдвоём, очень понравилось! И завтрак тоже включен
