I enjoyed the staff who checked us in! They were super helpful and really kind.

Cons:

Our toilet didn't flush properly, we asked the reception to have a look while we were out but unfortunately there was no change when we came back to the hotel.

Pros:

Not much really.

Cons:

Our beds weren´t properly made. Someone just pulled the cover up. Had to ask for bath gel since we were given 1 small tube for 2 people staying 3 nights and no replenishment during our stay. Expensive breakfast. Overpriced for the place it is.

La chambre de petite taille ,pratique ,l espace a ete optimisé .

Ideal location for us but like all accommodations in Amsterdam very expensive

lovely place to stay!
Pros:

very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely shower! also, very conveniently located next to the tram. the staff in particular were so welcoming, kind, and accommodating!

Cons:

the only thing i would give a heads up about is that the bathroom “door” is a glass door that is mostly not see through, but definitely not soundproof

Pros:

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Citiez Hotel Amsterdam. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern, das Personal freundlich und die Lage praktisch. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen.
