Unbedingt dort übernachten!
Pros:

Wer in Umeå ist, sollte hier nächtigen. Ehemalige Schule, sehr gut und individuell umgebaut und gepflegt. Gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Bett sehr gut. Erstklassiges Frühstück.

Pros:

Sijainti, siistit huoneet, todella hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala. Kuntosali oli myös laadukas ja monipuolinen (ollakseen hotellin kuntosali). Lapset oli huomioitu todella hienosti.

Cons:

TV:ssä voisi olla toimiva mirror screen (ei iso ongelma).

Hyvä sijainti, parkkihalli aivan vieressä kun hotellin edessä oleva parkki oli täynnä.
Sänky oli hyvät.

Trevligt, prisvärt och jag väljer gärna Elite igen.
Pros:

Jag bad om badkar. Det fick jag. Jag bad om veganska alternativ på frukosten. Det fick jag, många och goda OCH frukostpersonalen tog sig god tid att berätta om allt som fanns och ställde fram extra. Tydlig kommunikation kring allt som rörde vistelsen.

Cons:

Aamiainen ei ollut niin maukas kuin odotimme. Pysäköintijärjestelyt tuottivat ylimääräistä vaivaa.

Mycket bra och vi kommer gärna igen.
Pros:

En otroligt bra och god frukost, fantastiskt bröd och mycket att välja på, med fräscha moderna inslag. Särskilt det varma var godare än det brukar vara på hotellfrukostar. Läget är toppen och personalen var serviceminded och löste några problem som dök upp. Bra parkering utanför.

Cons:

Det var tyvärr silverfiskar i badrummet och vi påtalade det. Så då fick vi byta rum direkt. Det löstes väldigt bra. Vi blev även kompenserade med någon extra timme innan utcheckning utan extra kostnad, vilket var nödvändigt för oss pga jobb i stan.
