No es como se ve.

Se ve lindo en fotos pero en realidad no se ve así

Cons:

La Atencion pésima, te dicen que la salida es a una hora para cobrarte por hora que te pasas 20mil. Reserve una foto y nos metieron en un cuarto totalmente diferente, tuvimos que pedir cambio y fue muy complicado, la verdad no lo recomiendo, queda lejos del centro. Hay mejores lugares más centrados y a un precio igual o menor por lo mismo.

El hotel no corresponde en absoluto con lo que muestran las fotografías. En las imágenes se ve un lugar moderno, bonito y bien cuidado, pero al llegar la realidad es completamente diferente. Las instalaciones son viejas y están deterioradas.

La habitación no se parece a la publicada, el baño estaba en muy mal estado e incluso el sanitario no tenía tapa. La piscina y las demás áreas comunes tampoco coinciden con las fotos del anuncio.

La publicidad resulta engañosa, ya que utilizan imágenes que no reflejan el estado real del hotel. Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante porque el alojamiento recibido fue muy diferente al que prometían.

Bien el alojamiento pero no es muy seguro.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien pero los dos días fue lo mismo . No hay creatividad.

Cons:

Que el parqueadero dicen que sujeto a disponibilidad y si usted llega y hay lugar, pero si usted saca el carro para ir a otra parte y llega otra persona a hospedarse con carro, le quitan su lugar si usted no está. No respetan el parqueadero. Tampoco me gustó que no hay salvavidas , la piscina no estaba limpia y llegó un huésped con un bafle grande y lo puso a todo volumen y no le dijeron nada. No hay control de muchas cosas.

El desayuno lo sirven para niños, las porciones no son normales, son demasiado pequeñas. Por la tarifa que se paga pueden ofrecer un desayuno de mejor calidad y completas las porciones
