Pros:

it is not a hotel- they are apartments with as many narrow beds as they could fit, and the bathrooms and showers are extremely small! There was no AC.
The room we booked three months in advance (with private bathrooms) wasn't ready on our arrival and we had to live in shared quarters with others. They recalculated our payment..

Pros:

The hotel staff was extremely nice, they spoke English, and had excellent customer service. The rooms are a great value. They are a bit small but have the necessities, are clean, and most importantly are safe.
