Freundliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Grundsätzlich ein sehr passendes Hotel für den Aufenthalt in Mostar. Das Zentrum ist doch gut 2km entfernt, aber zu Fuss oder ggf. mit Taxi gut erreichbar.
Das Frühstück war in Summe ausreichend und gut. Es gab täglich frisches Obst aber auch warme Speisen bereits am morgen. Das Zimmer war passend, 3 Betten vorhanden und insgesamt ruhig.

Cons:

Der Zimmertresor funktionierte leider, wie auch die "elektronische Benachrichtigun" - mittels Druckknöpfen zu zeigen, ob Reinigung oder ein "nicht Stören" nicht. Erstere wurde nicht benötigt, daher auch keine Reklamation erfolgt.

Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nicht automatisch, von 5 Nächten ca. 3x. Auch hier bin ich gewöhnt, dass nicht nur das Bett gemacht wird.

Der Transportservice/Taxi welcher vom Hotel vermittelt wurde, war insgesamt eher teuer im Vergleich zu regulären Taxis. Zudem hat er, bei storniertem Flug und Rückfahrt ins Hotel und erneutem Transport zum Flughafen insgesamt 60 Euro verrechnet. Hier kann das Hotel natürlicherweise nichts dafür, aber dennoch soll dies angebracht werden.

City Hotel Mostar Must Do Better...
Pros:

The hotel was clean & the staff were helpful and efficient. The hotel car park was free for guests. The hotel doesn't offer an evening meal service but we went to the adjoining Italian restaurant 'Primavera' which has excellent food, great music and excellent staff.

Cons:

The beds were too short and too narrow. The hotel's 'free' breakfast was primitive. Probably the worst 'food' offering I've experienced in the past decade. Too much cheap processed food. No fresh milk available for cereals. Their scrambled eggs breakfast was a horror. No tea spoons available only desert spoons on offer. A really poor offering in an otherwise fine hotel, a pity...

City hotel Mostar small review
Pros:

Price and service were perfectly balanced.
It was close to city historic center

Cons:

There was a party outside hotel that lasted well after midnight and it was heard loudly inside the room.
This prevented me from getting a good night sleep the first night there.
Now, perhaps hotel can't prevent parties, but windows with better sound isolation are definitely possible.
Second problem was airing the toilet area, bad smells linger for hours.

Everything else was great, foor, service, comfortable bed, air-conditioning, ability to darken room so morning sun doesn't wake you, everything was great.
