Pros:

Понравился персонал (был приветливым , консультировали , помогали во всем) , очень важно был закрытый паркинг для машины.

Cons:

Добрый вечер! Не понравилось : запах в номере (запах сигарет), в номере грязно (холодильник грязный, в ванной чьи-то длинные черные волосы)

Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, schön gestaltet und sehr sehr nettes personal. Tiptop!

Cons:

Die Türen sind nicht komplett dicht, es man hört alles von aussen im Gang was ablauft. Für uns war es kein Problem, aber wird für jemanden anderes sein.

séjour agréable, ville très belle, vivante, dynamique avec beaucoup de touristes. Merci;
Pros:

le petit déjeuner est à volonté, servi de 7 à 10 h, très varié - la chambre est spacieuse et très agréable,
tout est très propre, proche de la station de bus Mostar ouest;

Cons:

tout était bien, juste peut être pour le wifi, on ne peut connecter que 2 appareils, alors que j'en ai 3 ( 2 téléphones et un PC)
