Hotel Portal de San Antonio

I don't think this hotel exists. I went to the address listed but no one ever answered the door. I ended up having to find another hotel.

Viajé con bebé de 17 meses y duerme temprano, el hotel-hostal está a pocos pasos de una plaza en la calle con fiesta, música, indigentes, gente tomando cervezas y oliendo a orines por doquier sin duda si tu viaje es familiar no lo recomiendo.
La sencillez de un hotel no está peleada con la limpieza ni el mantenimiento ni el tener en recepción alguien que al menos te avise algo tan simple como que hay show de tambores en esa plaza todos los días a las 9 pm por si no quieres perdertelo o ponerle tapones al bebé o que cuando le preguntas por un restaurante para comer no te diga cualquiera está bien.
En los 4 días el jabón y shampoo nunca fueron resurtidos, toalla de manos nunca hubo, la cama un día la tendieron con 2 sábanas de cajón, la polilla de las ventanas estaba hace no se cuanto en el cuarto y así podría seguir.

No fue limpiado mi cuarto, según ellos porque no avisé con un hablador y ni siquiera en el cuarto estaba el hablador. Hay ratones en el area de cocina informamos y no tomaron en cuenta el comentario, para negocios considero q falta un escritorio y silla, falta frescura en la zona de recepción. Pueden mejorar mucho poniendo empeño en sacar adelante el negocio.

La primera noche me aisgnaron una habitacion equivocada, estos se corrigio para las noches 2 y 3.
El desayuno es bueno pero no abundante. El mantenimiento debe mejorar sobre todo en el aire acondicionado. La ubicacion es increible y la zona es muy alegre y llena de entretenimiento.

Great location with a polite staff. Rooms are very basic, ours did have a minifridge, which was nice to have, and like most hotels and hostels in Cartagena there is no hot water for the shower. The included breakfast is nice, you get a choice of 3 different options.

Nice location in heart of Plaza De Trindad.. 10 minutes walk from Plaza Del Relo.. Amazing staff.. but I stayed on the first floor by the breakfast area so people eating woke me up every morning early.. that was my biggest issue. Great if you want to stay in the old historic area.. if you want comfort or space this isnt the place. Pay more and get more.

The rooms are very small with no wordrobe and more importantly no windows. Sitting on the toilet one hits its knees in the wall. very noisy as every step outside on the stairs can be heard inside. Unfortunately the rooms were not very clean either.

Nuestra estadía fue muy cómoda, el desayuno es de buena cantidad y el personal es muy atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes. A muy poca distancia hay varias opciones de restaurantes muy simpáticos y con buenos precios. Se puede ir caminando hasta la puerta del reloj y centro histórico.
