Helpful staff and good location
Pros:

The location was convenient to access the station and touristy part of Amsterdam. Bedrooms were nice and dark with black out blinds. Couldn't hear the noise from trains in the bedrooms despite being so close.

A perfect place for a family with kids in Amsterdam
Pros:

Its quite huge apartment with spectacular views of the riverside. There is everything you could need for a family with kids like extra pillows, tv, internet, kitchen with utensils, washing machine. The staff is super friendly. Its at a walking distance to central station, ferries grocery stores and all main attractions. Would definitely stay here if I come back.

Cons:

There was no breakfast option but I guess thats what is expected in an apartment.

Amsterdam leuk stad,

Cons:

"Ik heb een boete van €250 gekregen voor het zogezegd niet naleven van de huisregels. Dit bedrag is na enkele dagen zonder enige communicatie zomaar van mijn Visa afgehaald. Bovendien word ik ook nog vals beschuldigd."

the staff were very polit and helpful.

parking is not offered and near by multi story car park very expensive for approximately two days cost 98 euro.
