Pros:

Posizione ottima vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e al centro di Amsterdam.

Cons:

Appartamento migliorabile assolutamente con un po' di manutenzione in più.

Almost perfect
Pros:

Very comfortable & quiet apartment. 7 minutes walk from red light district

Cons:

Air conditioner is only in the living room so it was a bit hot to sleep in the bedrooms. Non of the windows are openable I assume in the summer this would horrible.
Kitchen furniture was broken in some places, garbage bin is small no one replaced it during 5 day stay nor there is a way to dispose it yourself

Overall great stay! With exception to the shower and the washing machine, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.
Pros:

Location was great!! Close to the central station and city Center.

Cons:

Shower temperature wasn’t the greatest, hot and cold water kept changing by itself. Water temperature during showering could improve. As well the laundry machine didn’t perform well. Took very long and the dryer did not work well. Didn’t dry the clothes.
