Nur die Lage ist gut.
Alles ist schon ziemlich abgegriffen. Wir hatten extra zwei Zimmer gebucht, da wir mit zwei Kindern (1 und 3) unterwegs waren. Haben zwei Zimmer bekommen die aber maximal voneinander entfernt sind. Die Zimmer sehr klein und schwarz ausgestattet. Da haben sich die Kinder gleich gefürchtet. Das Kinderbett ist gleich zusammengebrochen. War nur eine alte ausziehcouch. Im Gang so wie im ganzen Hotel hat einen muffigen abgestandenen Geruch.
Beim Buchen bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass alles top ist, Velden und Zentrumslage und der doch teure Preis den wir gezahlt haben pro Nacht über 400 € und das ohne Parkplatz und ohne irgendwelche Extras. Und dann hat es eigentlich den Charakter einer Jugendherberge.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und direkt im Zentrum.
Die Zimmer sind klein, aber fein und sauber.
Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich - einfach fabelhaft!

Mangelnde Parkplätze -musste an einem öffentlichen Parkplatz weit vom Hotel entfernt parken und täglich bezahlen !Check-Out erst um 7.20 möglich!

Lautes Reden von Personen auf der Straße war bis spät in die Nacht hörbar.

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, sehr wenig Licht im Zimmer, Keine möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen
Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches Personal! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und für jeden was dabei. Die zentrale Lage in Velden und der Seezugang sind ein Highlight.
Die Türen fallen sehr laut zu und das Licht zum WC ist mit dem Bad gekoppelt, welches offen im Raum ist. Wer also in der Nacht aufs Klo gehen muss, muss entweder im Dunklen gehen oder den Mitreisenden aufwecken. Die Tiefgarage kostet 20€ pro Tag, was ich sehr teuer finde.
