Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel with self service check in. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The breakfast room is a bit small for so many people but the staff is friendly and tries to clean up and refill asap.

Pros:

Great location as it is easy to get and close enough to anything in Reykjavik , easy to park . Free coffee and hot chocolate 24 /7 and laundry room x friendly staff x

Cons:

Because it is close to anything in city, you do not get the raw nature view outside the window

Great option for anyone with a car looking to explore the island.
Pros:

Food and drink in Iceland can be very expensive, we really appreciated having access to the free coffee station at the lobby, access to a microwave for any snacks and the option to store bags at check out which maximised our time out between check out and flight.

Cons:

Very minor, but while we were staying there was a yellow warning in effect for wind. Our room door kept making noises possibly whenever another door in the corridor was opened or closed - a soft sealant on the door to stop it from making noises would have offered us the chance for uninterrupted sleep. Although very minor, and only during the two out of four nights caused due to extreme weather conditions. Couldn’t fault it otherwise

Cons:

Be careful to not make the mistake of misplacing or forgetting your things because the staff will not do a good job keeping track of it for you though out the business day or contact you for your things until you leave a bad review.

For a single stay it’s okay, but not more than that
Pros:

The staff was friendly, specially a very nice lady at the breakfast, she was so good with our baby. Nice with free parking right outside the door. Great with a cosy area/lounge area. Good restaurants nearby and a fridge in the room

Cons:

The windows in the room were drafty, and you could easily feel the cold wind in the area next to the windows, and right onto the bed. The sink in the bathroom did not work well, and the water sank very slowly.
The breakfast was really not good! Dry scrambled eggs, uncooked bacon, dry bread etc. Very disappointing.

Good, clean and comfortable with great staff
Pros:

Good location just outside of town with easy free parking. The stand out are the staff who were more than helpful and had great knowledge of the road conditions - we had some difficult driving conditions. We stayed in a standard room which was a little small but was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was good and the lady running it was supper friendly.
