Breakfast could be better with more variety. Stayed in deluxe double room; layout of the room was awful. Lots of non utilized space. Bed area is super cramped, hard to get to other areas without bumping on to tv. Bathroom curtain! Bathroom was pretty worn out, especially wooden surfaces. Super weird elevator button layout!

Die gute Lage, nur 15 Min. vom Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Die Frau im Restaurant war sehr beschäftigt trotzdem immer zu allen sehr nett, mit einem freundlichen Lachen im Gesicht.
Die Salate könnten frischer sein.
Zeer netjes, vlot en vriendelijk onthaal aan de receptie. Makkelijk parkeren langs het hotel. Halfuurtje wandelen naar het centrum van Reykjavik. Kamer was aangenaam.
Ontbijt was zeker oke, maar voor deze prijs maf wat meer variatie.

I liked being able to get breakfast out of the way without having to travel into the city proper to pay for one. The room was sufficient for the purpose and was very clean.
The breakfast was only good if you got there early because the hot stuff was sitting on chafing dishes that overcooked some items. The bathroom was a little small and the door had to be closed or it would swing open and hit you (if you were using the restroom). Also, the shower was small and had a fixed shower wall and opening, as well as two well working shower heads. This means that water very easily splashed into the main part of the bathroom and regularly got the towel mat wet and had to be dried with other towels in order to keep from slipping on the floor. Also, the door (when open) made it impossible to be anywhere near the toilet.
I liked the looks and comfort of the room, the free parking, the inviting lobby with free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and the friendly staff.
Little far to walk to downtown, but close enough to drive.
We had the junior suite, so fantastic to have room ...very comfortable and classy
The hotel had a free laundry which was perfect and easy to.use, free coffee and hot choc machine was a lovely touch
Breakfast were very good great range of food. Staff were super helpful in knowing transportation and directions to areas of the city.
The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. There is parking next to the hotel. A wide variety of breakfast options. We really appreciated that they allowed us to check in two hours earlier than the standard check-in time.
The room was on the ground floor, and there was a road just outside the window, although it wasn’t very busy. You may want to request a room on an upper floor.

Das stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar aber der Weg ist nicht allzu idyllisch, man geht neben stark befahrenen mehrspurigen Straßen-ist aber jammern auf hohem niveau

Some rooms very small, some windows open to very loud and unsightly back parking lot, mild smell in 3rd floor hall way. Temp control for rooms not great.
