On a reçu une chambre supérior à celle qu'on a réservé.
La tranquillité des lieux, les massages spa, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Ça sera bien de trouver un moyen de couvrir la lumière très de température à l'appareil climatisation et avoir un petit coussin en bas des portes car la lumière forte du couloir pénétre dans la chambre.

Great value for money, room was cleaned perfectly every morning, staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect hotel for a couple chill vacation. Very cosy place with authentic greek vibe. Beautiful gardens with a lot of flowers. As for food, the cuisine is actually various and every day you can choose different dishes, the restaurant staff also were really nice and helpful. 5 mins on foot to the closest beach (great for snoorkeling by the way), ~7 mins to a beach with sand. It is also worth mentioning the pool and the bar by the pool — the drinks were nice and the atmosphere was honestly great. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay at Hara Ilios Village. We are hoping to come back some day.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einem großen Balkon und einem renovierten Bad. An der Sauberkeit konnte man nichts bemängeln 👍
Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich, hatte aber alles was man brauchte.
Ich würde das Hotel nur mit Frühstück empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Abendessen, allgemein die warmen Speisen waren nicht ansprechend und auch nicht genießbar. Weit weg von 4 Sterne Hotel. Der Speiseraum strahlt auch keinerlei Atmosphäre aus. Keine Möglichkeit zum draußen essen.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, avec un vrai plus : la plupart du personnel parle français, ce qui rend le séjour encor
Pros:

Le calme et la tranquillité, parfaits pour se reposer. La nourriture est très bonne avec pas mal de choix chaque jour. Un énorme big up à Constantinos, toujours aux petits soins au bar — une vraie valeur sûre et un atout pour cet hôtel !

Нам в этом отеле много чего понравилось, особенно современные номера с бассейном. Нам повысили категорию номера, это было приятно за что мы очень благодарны. Территория очень красивая и чистая, персонал приветливый. Особенно понравились услуги массажа, Алла отличный мастер и добрый человек, с удовольствием взяла бы снова и всем советую, никогда не пожалеете.

A lovely hotel, with delcious food, friendly staff and relaxing pool area
Pros:

What a find! A lovely hotel with fantastic and friendly staff, especially Anna on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. If we needed to leave early for a tour they would kindly open breakfast a bit earlier. The superior room we had was modern, innovative in design and clean. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and the pool bar had delicious food and drinks available to order. Outside the hotel was a selection of restaurants and a special mention to Restaurant Island for its amazing food, incredible location right on the edge of the sea and entertainment.
For our plans, the location was perfect and we hired a car to get to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Pros:

Reception service is fine.
The stuff used gloves for handling the food and you can find dishes every time during the dinner/breakfast.
The cleanliness is maintained in the whole location.
We participated on a traditional cretan night.

Cons:

Food is acceptable, the quality is mediocre, nothing special.
There are pancakes available for breakfast, unfortunately they contain black scrubs, they are prepared on the same grill as the eggs.
The pillows are extremely soft, I did feel I had a pillow, far away from being a quality one.
In the end, I really don't like that during the Cretan night, someone from the hotel took photos with us and next day after breakfast, they tried to sell us - 1 photo costs 10 euros, 2 photos cost 15 euros. I did no like this approach, like a forced one.

Pros:

Nearby beach modest. Noisy because of planes flying in to land at Heraklion airport.
