Super Essen, schöner Wohnen, schlafen auf extremst weichen Matratzen
Pros:

Kostenloses Parken ab 16 h, hervorragendes Restaurant im Haus, sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad.

Cons:

Warum in aller Welt spart man bei den Matratzen? Die sind derart weich, schlafen war für mich nicht möglich.

Dat er niemand bij de balie stond. Sleutels in een enveloppe met naam . Was niet duidelijk waar we moesten zijn.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Matratze war äußerst bequem, und das Bett bot mit seiner außergewöhnlichen Breite zusätzlichen Komfort. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist ideal und macht die An- und Abreise besonders komfortabel. Dank der ausgezeichneten Schallisolierung der Fenster waren weder die vorbeifahrenden Züge noch der Straßenverkehr zu hören.

The staff is very helpful as we changed our booking from 17 Sept to 18 Sept and from 18 Sept to 17 Sept. the staff understood our changes and accepted with penalty.
