Storitev je bila kakovostna in vredna svoje cene
Pros:

Namestitev mi je bila všeč, le, da sem bila v apart delu, soba je bila prostorna in čista, osebje je bilo zelo prijazno in domače, ambient je zelo lep, lokacija je bila super, zajtrk bi lahko bil po izibiri pestrejši / okusnejši.

Cons:

Za zajtrk bi lahko bila boljša, večja, pestrejša in okusnejša ponudba, prav tako kava!

Superb hotel in a top location
Pros:

Excellent hotel! We were extremely satisfied with our one-day stay. The location is right across from the train station, while the rooms are extremely quiet and comfortable. The hotel offers parking for 15 euros per night. The breakfast was really great. Strongly recommend!

sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Es wurden unsere Wünsche/ Fragen ernst genommen und sogar erfüllt was uns sehr gefreut hat. Wir bekamen ein kleines ruhiges Zimmer (Hofseite) und ein früherer Check in war sogar möglich was aufgrund der nicht so tollen Anreise (Behinderungen durch einen Polizeieinsatz auf einem Bahnhof --> die Anschlussmöglichkeit dadurch unverschuldet versäumt, Gesamtverspätung von etwa 1,5 Stunden ) gut getan hat und definitiv ein Lichtblick war - DANKE. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr nahe am Bahnhof (nur über eine Straße) aber trotzdem haben wir in unserem Zimmer nichts davon mitbekommen. Für uns hatte das Hotel die optimale Lage weil wir dadurch auch sehr gut/ rasch mit der Bahn zur Welser Messe gelangen konnten. Das Zimmer selbst war gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber (DANKE an die zuständige nette Dame ) und es standen sogar eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasser im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Das zugebuchte Frühstück in gemütlicher Atmosphäre war sehr gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

keine Beanstandung aber ein kleiner Vorschlag am Rande. Vielleicht könnte man am Frühstückstisch kleinere Abwurfbehälter für Einmal- Frühstücksverpackungen etc zur Verfügung stellen so wie es auch in anderen Hotels üblich ist - DANKE

Sehr bequemes Bett, schöne Farben der Innenausstattung.
Kühlschrank mit täglich kostenloser Wasserflasche, Espressomaschine auf dem Zimmer. Klimaanlage- modern und leise.

Cons:

Keine Heizung im Bad- war kalt. Im Erdgeschoss im Bad kein Milchglass-Sichtschutz vor den parkenden Gästen- nur das Rollo, und dann kein Tageslicht.
Kofferablage und Jacken-Garderobe sehr nah am Bettkopf - unangenehm.

Moderne Zimmer, aber viel Verkehrslärm.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Alles sauber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war direkt an der Hauptstraße. Sehr viel Verkehrslärm. Ich musste bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Der Parkplatz war auch sehr klein.
