Important information:

Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time.

Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Amsterdam can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site.

Please note that reservations of 5 or more rooms are only possible upon request. Different policies and supplements may apply for these reservations.

I would recommend Zoku to my friends and family.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like was that our bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly when we got to our room.

Pros:

The room is comfortable. The loft bed is interesting and comfortable. The location is great!. It has a bike rental service which is really helpful for the guest. The apartment has all kitchen equipment and a supermarket is right cross the street, very convenient.

Cons:

The check-in/out deck is on the 6th floor. All rooms are located on 1-
- 5 floor and you need a key to access the floor and the room. So the guest need to carry all their luggage up to 6th floor to do the check-in and check out. It is not convenient for guests.

Pros:

L'appartement est pratique et bien équipé Le quartier permet de partir à pied découvrir amsterdam et est facilement accessible depuis un P/R.
Le petit-déjeuner est top et le bar en rooftop est très agréable a. Même si le check in a été un petit peu tardif, l'accueil est resté sympathique.

A super cute, modern, apparetment for the youngsters
Pros:

This is like a "tiny apartment", all the usual bits on the ground, a bedroom on the pull out mezzanine. It was cute! Possibly not appropriate for the elderly given the stairs, but totally okay for younger generations. The customizable apartment vibe was lovely, change the decor. The communal area is buzzing with coworking vibes, and doesn't get in the way of breakfast or drinks, it's a good idea to make money beyond normal streams so I'm down with it. Breakfasts are pretty european with a hint of hipster, the fact they even do avocado is truly magnificent. Hummus for breakfast, mind blowing!

Cons:

The lifts can get a bit congested. But nothing to be concerned about

Rundum war das Hotel wirklich gut, die Terasse hat mir sehr gut gefallen und das Essen war erstaunlich gut am Abend.

Joli studio proche des transports … parfait pour un séjour à Amsterdam !!!
Pros:

Le studio moderne et bien pensé, la literie parfaite, les équipements, les rangements, la localisation (proche du métro et du tramway), un magnifique rooftop 🤩, le personnel sympathique… tout était parfait et a contribué à apprécier davantage notre séjour à Amsterdam.

Cons:

Les serviettes de toilettes étaient un peu tachées et ne sentaient pas très bon. Mais nous avons pu en demander de nouvelles…
Le prix du breakfast (déjà cher), annoncé à 21€ nous a été facturé à 25€ !!!

Erste Adresse, wenn wir wieder kommen.
Pros:

Während unseres Aufenthalts im Hotel Zoku gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Das junge Team war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist modern, stilvoll und sehr ansprechend. Besonders das Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen – es ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Bijzondere entree. Leuk op dat dak! Kamer is leuk. Slim ingericht. Prima faciliteiten.

Pros:

Das Loft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und es gab gute Anbindungen mit Tram oder Metro.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück gab es ab 8.00 am Wochenende oder Feiertag ,das finde ich persönlich zu spät.Gerafe für Gäste die auschecken müssen und noch eine lange Heimreise haben. Außerdem fand ich es nicht gut wenn man um 8.00 zum frühstücken kann aber erst 30 min später das Brot bzw. die Brötchen kamen. Dann nützt mir die Frühstückszeit ab 8.00 nichts.
Außerdem sollten die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum auf die Gäste zukommen und fragen ob sie ein Omelett oder Rühreier haben möchten.
Die Gäste die neu im Hotel sind und vielleicht nicht so gut englisch können, wissen ja nicht das man den Mitarbeiter suchen muss um eine Bestellung aufzugeben.
