Important information:

Please note that there is a 24-hour front desk and check-in is possible from 15:00. It is not needed to inform Zoku of your estimated arrival time.

Due to the purpose of clean rooms, Zoku Amsterdam can not provide an early check-in. Guests who arrive before 15:00 can leave their luggage in the luggage room on-site.

Please note that reservations of 5 or more rooms are only possible upon request. Different policies and supplements may apply for these reservations.

This visit not great like the first one was
Pros:

The breakfast is great! I do feel the rooms are a little overpriced. The bed was comfy and showerer roomy!

Cons:

You couldn’t see TV from the bed which we enjoy falling asleep to. And this visit our TV reception was so bad we couldn’t even watch it.

Sehr moderne & auf jüngeres Klientel ausgerichtetes Hotel mit hippen kleinen Lofts/Appartements. Exzellente Betten & Duschen!

Cons:

Die Organisation an der offenen Reception war mehrmals nicht gut organisiert oder unterdottiert! Der Manager am 26.03. war lieber am herumschäckern, als die wartende Kundschaft zu bedienen.
Die Küche zum Essen im Rooftop-Restaurant war eher mässige Qualität.

As friendly and vibrant as before. Very welcoming

Cons:

However, during our most recent stay, we noted a decline in certain aspects of the accommodation quality. In particular, the towels appeared worn and thin, lacking the sense of comfort and luxury expected at this level. Additionally, there were visible stains on the curtains, and overall room presentation did not meet the high standards we had previously experienced.

Given the pricing of the accommodation, the current level of upkeep and attention to detail does not align with expectations. We believe that some reinvestment in maintenance and quality control is necessary to restore the standard that Zoku has historically delivered.

Incredibly nice and comfy stay at ZOKU!
Pros:

The place is very nice, modern with an urban vibe! We stayed in a loft which was like a small supernova apartment with a full kitchen, fridge, microwave etc!! The breakfast is AMAZING, and the staff is superfriendly. will stay here again on my next trip to Amsterdam! They walk to the very city centre is 15 minutes or so. We spent a lot of time in De Pijp which was supernice!!

there was nothing to dislike!!

الموقع متميز وهادئ نسبيا. على مسافة 15 دقيقة من قلب امستردام سنترم. اسفل الفندق مطعم ومقهى جميل. وبجانبه ايضا مطعم عربي. وسوبرماركت قريب جدا ، الفندق نظيف جدا وطريقة ال دخول الذاتي جميلة. الجناح مجهز بالكامل من ثلاجة، ميكرويف، غلايه ماء وماكينة قهوة و غسالة اطباق وكاوية هو اقرب لكونه شقة فندقية متكاملة

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Breakfast and bar on the top floor with access to open area was very nice.

Cons:

I wouldn't sleep in cabin beds again. Nowhere to place my drink and getting up in the night to use the toilet was awkward.
