celkovo veľká spokojnosť
Pros:

Raňajky super ,veľký výber.Hotel super čistý a personál nápomocný.Taktiež bolo fajn ,že po ukončení pobytu batožiny uložili do skladu a prišli sme si pre ne pred odchodom vlaku.Hotel sa nachádza v druhej uličke Václavského námestia ,takže super poloha .Večer kľud a ticho.Bonusom bola aj chladnička na izbe

Hotel bol príjemný,čistý,oceňujeme veľmi ochotný personál.Raňajky sme mali v cene ,výber jedla bol dobrý.

Cons:

V týchto velkých teplotách by sme boli ocenili klimatizáciu na izbe,tá však nefungovala,mali sme na izbe len ventilátor, ktorý izbu veľmi neochladil.V noci sa nám nedalo spať,kvôli teplu.

La habitación muy amplia, camas cómodas, mucha luz y aire acondicionado, que en plena ola de calor, fue muy necesario. El desayuno también era muy completo.

A very good hotel with friendly staff at the reception.Worth the money. .
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I like the pastries. The staff at the reception were very kind and friendly. The ladies on duty were sooo kind. Even gave us good tips where to dine, and indeed, went to the said place and was good Czech food. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The service staff at the breakfast buffet were not so friendly- no exchange of words like hi or good morning. Think they don’t understand English or can’t speak English.

Ihana hotelli Prahan sydämessä
Pros:

Hotellista oli lyhyt kävelymatka juna-asemalle ja vanhaan kaupunkiin. Ravintoloita, kauppoja ja nähtävää oli lähellä. Huoneemme oli ylimmässä kerroksessa ja siihen kuului ihana kattoterassi. Huone oli tyylikäs, tilava, ilmastoitu ja todella siisti. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen.

Pros:

Lokalita, čistota, raňajky celkom dobré

Cons:

Oproti prebiehala rekonštrukcia budovy každé ráno nas budil hluk takže sme sa vôbec nevyspali, ani jeden deň. Mohli nás na to upozorniť určite by sme si nevybrali tento hotel. Okná sme museli mat do rána otvorené lebo bolo v izbe dusno, navyše nešla ventilácia v kúpeľni, ktorá bola bez okien.
V deň odchodu sme museli odíst skôr, tak som sa spytala či nám vedia dať skôr raňajky... žiadna ochota. Na to že je to štvorhviezdičkový hotel som bola sklamaná ich prístupom.
Do Prahy určite ešte prídem ale nie do tohto hotela.

Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné a vo výbornej lokalite.
Pros:

Ubytovanie bola v super lokalite všetko máte na skok. Raňajky boli veľmi pestré a chutné. Personál bol skvelý. Izba bola presne ako na fotografii z rezervácie, čistá a pekná. Na izbe je chladnička, kanciva a Instantná káva a čaj. Kúpeľňa bola tak isto čistá a pekná.

Cons:

Co sa týka izby nič jej z vybavenia nechýbalo len dvere mohli byť troška lepšie dotiahnuté nakoľko bol medzi nimi ako keby prievan a vždy keď niekto zavrel svoju izbu bolo počuť buchnutie tých našich čo nás hlavne v noci a rano vždy vyrušilo.
