Pros:

Женщина на рецепшене была очень приветлива и отзывчива. Очень понравилось расположение отеля, близко к центру. Возникшие неурядицы в номере быстро утранялись.

Cons:

Не хватало пирожных и йогурта в завтраке. Но это мелочи :)

Na příští pobyt si musím požádat o bezlepkové pečivo. Jinak jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Příště budu určitě ubytování objednávat tady.

Tidy and comfortable accommodation, amazing location, delicious breakfast.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, who helped us with the door problem fast. Tidy, quiet and overall amazing. Also loved the breakfast, many options to choose from :)

Cons:

The only problem we had occurred right at the beginning of our stay: the door wasn’t closing. However the staff resolved it quickly while we were going out, thank you for efficient work!

Pros:

Personale super accogliate e disponibile pronto ad aiutare. Forse l’unica cosa positiva della struttura

Cons:

La camera pur essendo doppia in realtà era minuscola ideale per una sola persona anziché due, spazi praticamente inesistenti per muoversi col bagno direttamente attaccato al letto. Letto fatto malissimo e polvere sparsa un po’ ovunque nella stanza. Menomale che abbiamo pernottato solo una sera. Colazione abbondante ma di qualità mediocre, si vede che i prodotti non erano freschi e stavano lì da qualche giorno

Room was fantastic.
Breakfast was great.

Cons:

I would have happily rated exceptional because in terms of the room & value for money it was.
My friend needs two pillows to sleep, we onky had one each. When she politely asked foir one she was told it "was not hotel policy " Really poor customer service for the sake of one extra pillow :(

Très bon séjour, reposant et agréable.
Pros:

Idéalement situé dans la nouvelle ville, près du métro. Chambre très confortable, aucun bruit, propreté au top, très bonne literie. chambre de 24 m². Petit déjeuner au top, personnel sympa. Le personnel a l'accueil a été au petit soin pour nous nous, nous devions partir plus tôt le dernier jour et l'ouverture du breakfast était à 7 h 30, ils l'ont ouvert exceptionnellement pour nous à 7 h 00. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
