Celková spokojnosť.
Pros:

Raňajky boli vynikajúce, ako sme očakávali. Keďže sme v deň odchodu museli odísť z hotela o 7,00 hod., požiadal som o raňajkové balíčky, ale tie nerobia. Nebol ale problém, aby sme prišli do jedálne ešte pred otvorením a sami si urobili tzv. obložené chlebíky a vzali so sebou, čo sme hodnotili veľmi kladne.
Mezaninové riešenie izby bolo veľmi pekné, určite sa vrátime.

Cons:

Recepčná - cudzinka - by mohla lepšie komunikovať.

Koupelna by si zasloužila lepší péči. Málo věšáků. Špatně odtéká vanička ve sprchovém koutu.

We zijn blij dit hotel gekozen te hebben.

Vynikající snídaně, i lokalita ubytování. Dostupnost od vlakového nádraží. V blízkosti Václavského náměstí.

Cons:

Jelikož je pokoj malý a bez okna, vzduch nebyl ideální. Musela být v kuse zapnutá.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.

I would particularly like to commend the hotel’s outstanding customer service. Due to an unexpected change of travel dates by our airline, we needed to modify our reservation. The hotel was extremely accommodating and kindly rebooked our stay for the new dates at the same rate, without any additional charges.

Their professionalism, flexibility, and hospitality were truly appreciated. Highly recommended.

My only minor complaint there was no slippers. 😊 Everything else was PERFECT !!!

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο καλή τοποθεσία...το μόνο θέμα που είχε ότι σε μέρες που γίνεται αλλαγή θερμοκρασίας μυρίζουν σωλήνες στο μπάνιο κάποιες στιγμές της ημέρας..το πρωίνο μπουφές πολύ καλό μέτρο από το ξενοδοχείο 400 μέτρα συνδέει γέφυρα και βασικά αξιοθέατα παρά πολύ κοντά 2 στάσεις

Estaba todo muy limpio

Cons:

El desayuno un poco pobre. La bañera poco funcional(se salía el agua por debajo de la mampara). Tuve problemas con la aerolínea (vuelo cancelado a última hora) y perdí una noche. Mi reserva era sin cancelación y a pesar de que les expliqué el inconveniente (no fue voluntad mía) se negaron en rotundo a devolverme ni un solo euro.

Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut, das Personal zuvorkommend und bemüht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich, etwas eintönig, wenig frisch zubereitet. Die Früchte wirkten angegammelt, Brot und Semmeln nicht frisch. Der Frühstücksraum war wenig einladend.
Das Zimmer war durch die Dachfenster bei Regenwetter schlecht zu belüften, die Nachbarn konnten bei gekipptem Fenster hereinschauen.
