Pros:

Квартира оставшаяся в наследство. Есть всё необходимое для жизни. Техника и посуда. Хорошее предложение по проживанию - транспорт рядом, магазины и т.п. При проживании больше, чем вдвоём оправдано по цене.
Теперь о недостатках - туалет: Унитаз вынесен к входной двери в отдельное помещение тесное, маленькое и холодное. Сходив в туалет негде руки помыть даже. Горячая вода на кухне очень ограниченное количество времени идёт. Подушки никакие, от слова совсем - нет никакой плотности - чтобы спать на них, нам приходилось подворачивать её в два раза.
Из огорчений - невозможно подключить к телевизору или приставке внешние устройства - носители , для просмотра захваченных с собой кино и т.п. - стриммер сервисы в других странах не работают, пришлось изучать немецкий ...
