Уютно, бюджетно и красиво
Pros:

Отличное место -- в шаге от пролива, на берегу, рядом с маяком и паромом на Балтийскую косу. Можно покормить лебедей буквально в 10 метрах от входа. А также посмотреть на корабли :-)
Довольно тихо. Бюджетно и чисто.
Хорошее кафе (богатый выбор и недорого).

Из минусов: в этот раз СОВСЕМ не работал Wi-Fi -- ни в номере, ни на третьем этаже. Для работы в интернете приходилось спускаться в фойе второго этажа. В прошлом году таких проблем не было (а я останавливался в том же самом номере).
Не очень понравилось обслуживание в кафе. Когда я пришёл в 19:28, мне сказали, что кухня уже не работает (хотя заявлено до 19:30). И в 19:54 мне ОЧЕНЬ настойчиво стали указывать на дверь, хотя я и так собирался уходить (кафе работает до 20:00).

Кошмарик.
Pros:

Фотография отеля с сайта не соответствует действительности, весь канал с двух сторон, и напротив отеля заставлен разнокалиберными кораблями, круглосуточно работали двигатели, что-то ремонтировалось, запах мазута, выхлопных газов просто удушил, думала, что буду отдыхать в экологически чистом районе.Две ночи практически не спала, так -как было жарко, окно открыто, и изнуряющий гул и шум от кораблей. Отдыхающим, у которых окна не выходят на канал повезло гораздо больше. Плюсы-в отеле есть кафе, рядом паром на Балтийскую косу, Аквапарк, до моря 15-20 минут, персонал дружелюбный, возникшие проблемы решаются оперативно.

Отель соответствует цена-качество
Pros:

Ездили с подругой и детьми. Нужно понимать, что это не 5 звездочный отель. Есть конечно особенность, эконом варианты не имеют своих личных туалетов и душевых. Но они есть на этаже, общие на несколько номеров. Все они чистые и удобные. Нареканий на отель не было. Нам с детьми очень понравилось, приедем ещё!

Отдых в Балтийске.
Pros:

Мне все понравилось!Хороший номер с видом на порт,есть кулер с водой на этаже,приеду ещё.
