centrally located hotel, just OK for a short visit
Pros:

excellent location, room facilities were acceptable, car parking was nice, staff was helpful

Cons:

breakfast was advertised as an "American breakfast" but it was not American at all, it was far from it. It was rather poor in what it had to offer. Room needs a lifting, and some refurbishing.

Great place for attending International Guital Festival
Pros:

The location is perfect, in the city centre, a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants around in walking area. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms, cozy bed, spacious room. Perfect when travelling with kids. Near to the Music Halls and Conservatorium for the ones visiting/attenging the International Guital Festival.

Cons:

Nothing really, everything was as expected.
