Very good location and vibe!
The hotel is nestled among oak and chestnut woodlands, creating a serene, almost park-like atmosphere that draws you outdoors to explore the trails and lakeshore.Situated in the village of Neochori, just a few steps from the shores of Lake Plastira, Naiades boasts one of the best lakeside locations in the region. From the balconies of every room to the hotel’s café and terraces, the view of the lake and surrounding Agrafa mountains is nothing short of breathtaking
While the restaurant menu features several dishes, I noticed that tables at breakfast and lunch were not consistently cleared or wiped down between seatings—crumbs and spills from prior guests remained, which detracted from the dining experience. The hotel offers a generous buffet with both continental and hot options, earning an 8.8/10 guest score for quality and is advertised as complimentary. Despite this, the staff’s attention to bussing tables lagged behind the food service, leaving unclean plates and utensils on tables well into peak breakfast hours
Breakfast was okay, though the area was too crowded. We stayed for a few days between Christmas and New Year. The quality of the food was nothing special, but the variety was decent. The staff were always very helpful and polite. The view from the room, overlooking the lake, was lovely.
The room was not clean. There were noticeable stains on the couches and carpets, making it clear that cleanliness was not a priority. Additionally, the bedroom window was nailed shut and couldn’t be opened, which was quite unusual. The bed mattresses were also far below the standard you’d expect for the price, leaving us with back pain every morning.

Breakfast was plentiful but not delicious
The room was spacious, and the view of the lake was absolutely stunning.
The bed was old and squeaky, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.
We also had an issue with the hot water, and it took too long to resolve.
The view
Although it is supposedly a 4-star hotel, it wasn't close to hotels in other countries. As there were mosquitos and bees in the area, they had a cheap net that was almost impossible to open, especially when you were outside the balcony. Because of that, I had an accident with it, leaving me with a big wood in my head. Nobody cared to record that I was injured. More of that breakfast was kind of poor.

Location and cleanliness
Maybe more options in the breakfast .... not that it was not good just to be clear.
Friendly Staff. A minor issue with our booking was promptly resolved with an upgrade to our room. The breakfast was excellent. The common areas of the hotel have a very nice traditional feel, and lovely view of the lake. It is worth visiting the hotel just to have a coffee or drink at the main lounge and enjoy the view and the room atmosphere.
The bathroom in our room could be better. It was spacious and had a bathtub, but no screen or shower curtain, and there was rust in some surfaces. We visited in the off season, and the restaurant was closed, and there were very few options locally at night, the area is remote.
