Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά άριστη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια, η καθαριότητα υποδειγματική και το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και επαγγελματικό. Η συνολική εμπειρία μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!
Vue magnifique depuis la chambre et l’hôtel en général
Manque de propreté (insectes morts au sol, grosses traces de tartre sur la pomme de douche et les jets, tracés dans les tasses de café, bouilloire entartrée et non vidée…)
Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν άνετο και φωτεινό με φανταστική θέα. Όλος ο Παγασητικός στο πόδια σου. Και το φαγητό φρέσκο και νόστιμο. Και τι να πεις για την φιλοξενία και το προσωπικό. Σε κερδίζει με την ευγένεια και την προθυμία του να εξυπηρετήσει. Δυστυχώς δεν μείναμε πολύ αλλά θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!!!
Σαν στο σπίτι σου με τέλεια θέα και πρωινό. Τα προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και απαντησαν σε όλες μου τις ερωτήσεις για την περιοχή.
- Lage und Pool waren großartig!
- Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen
- Lafkos ist ein schöner Ort, schöner Platz mit guten Restaurants
- beim Frühstück gab es oft Familien und Kinder, die sich Berge von Gebäck auf die Teller schaufelten, so dass andere Gäste leer ausgingen. Daher musste man bestenfalls gleich um 9 Uhr frühstücken gehen. Sonst war viel geräubert.
- die Zimmer wurden erst nachmittags gegen halb vier gereinigt.

Πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο για 3 ενήλικες και ένα παιδί 17 χρόνων και ένα σκυλάκι με 215.00€ κόστος την βραδιά!!!!

We had a very disappointing and frustrating stay at this hotel. Here are just some of the serious issues we encountered:
- There was a water outage for several hours on three separate days.
- When we complained that there was no water and we couldn’t flush the toilet, the manager mocked us and laughed at the situation.
- The hotel manager even suggested we shower using a bucket.
- The staff treated us with disrespect and indifference throughout.
- The beds were terrible — old, uncomfortable spring mattresses.
- The air conditioner was locked and couldn’t be set below 24°C.
- The staff were unhelpful.
Most importantly, we were forced to leave the hotel a day early because, once again, there was no running water, and we simply couldn’t take it anymore. We paid for that night and didn’t even use it.
We asked the hotel manager for a refund, and he insisted that Booking.com is responsible, since the booking was made through them.
However, Booking.com told us that this is not true — that the hotel received the payment directly, and therefore they must issue the refund.
We’re extremely disappointed with how this has been handled on both sides, and we still haven’t received any compensation.

unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this hotel, his manager and facilities.
we had no running water for 2 days , and on the 3rd only cold water, the hotel had no solution for us and as a result we had to leave a day earlier than planned

לא היו מים בברזים להתקלח או לשטוף פנים או להוריד מים בשירותים,
הבעלים ומנהל המקום לא סיפקו את השירות הבסיסי
לא היו נחמדים בלשון המעטה .
עזבנו את המקום לילה קודם ללא כל תמורה או פיצוי
בגין התקלה. חוויה מאוד לא נעימה הילדים סבלו וזה הרס לנו את הטיול לא יכולנו ללכת לים או לעשות פעילות
כדי לא להזיע.
מנהל המקום סירב לפצות אותנו לא נתן לנו מענה והיה
אטום לסיטואציה .
המנהח הפנה אותנו לבוקינג לקבל פיצוי בגין הלילה שנאלצנו לעזוב ועל 2 ימים שלא היו מיים בברזים בחדרים בהם ישנו ושילמנו ממיטב כספנו.
יחס משפיל מבעלי ומנהל המקום שאינן ראויים לנהל מקום שכזה.
