Exceeded all expectations.

Delicious food, friendly staff, great security, v comfortable beds, quiet location.
The pool is lush but the sea…WOW.

Animation team - not our thing in the day but had us up & dancing in the evening. Good fun.

Es gibt nichts an dem Hotel auszusetzen. Das Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, an der Bar, im Speisesaal, an der Strandbar, die Reinigungskräfte und und und sind alle immer freundlich und immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite wenn man mal Hilfe braucht. Besomders hervorzuheben ist das internationale Animationsteam unter der Führung von Sami ♥️!!!
Ein tolles, eingespieltes Team dem man anmerkt, das sie ihre Arbeit mit viel Spaß machen. Sie werden nie aufdringlich wenn man mal kein Interesse an ihrem Programm hat und sind immer für einen Spass zu haben.
Die Anlage ist super sauber, das Essen sehr vielfältig und lecker...

Ein 3 Sterne Hotel was locker 5 Sterne verdient hat

Would never go back there or recommend this property to anyone. The front desk staff are a bounch of crooks. I had a emergency back home with my mother in law who is in hospice and had to leave 2 days early and they would not refund the 2 nights. They call a cab to pick us up and take us to the capital of Tunisia and charged us 183.00 USD when the cost was really 30.00 USD. We ended up having to call the tourism police where they gave us our money back. All corrupt would not back.

Établissement très correct (nourriture, emplacement, personnel). Gros bémol : le bar de la piscine où l'on attend très souvent longtemps et où certains barmans ne connaissent pas des cocktails basiques. Ça la fout mal...

È situata in un posto di mare molto particolare. Non troppo fistante dalla Medina ma in zona tranquilla.

La camera era pulita e tutto funzionava, bella piscina, ottimo il buffet sia a cena che a colazione, parcheggio custodito per la moto, ottima esperienza.

Очень уютный отель с приятной атмосферой. Да, три звезды, но такие, что отрабатывают и оправдывают себя полностью. Если есть желание искать недочеты, можно искать и находить, но на вашу улыбку вам всегда искренне улыбнутся в ответ. Еда вкусная, шезлонги с матрасами, не новые, но исправные, места у бассейна, на лужайке рядом и на пляже хватает всем, в номере все работает, и даже кондиционер, когда уходишь.Разве что полотенца хотелось поновей и побелей)) Анимация достаточно активная, но не навязчивая. Гости из очень разных стран, и всем хорошо вместе. Но это все частности. А главное, что чувствуешь себя легко, свободно и комфортно. И главная характеристика отеля: я бы сюда с удовольствием вернулась, и туристов своих со спокойной душой сюда буду отправлять

Hôtel agréable, chambre spacieuse, calme. Buffet correct, privilégiez les grillades et notamment le poisson. Plage superbe avec sable fin, eau claire et chaude (semaine du 25 août). A 4 ou 5 km du centre ville, ce qui fait une marche sympathique le long du littoral...

Points fort : localisation (proximité avec une belle plage), établissement et chambres propres
Points faibles : nourriture

Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Personnel aimable et à l écoute, top pour quelques jours en famille, je recommande à 200 pour cent.

Arrive tardif pas d'eau pas de nourriture et l'accueil déplorable
Des personnes extérieures rentrent dans l hôtel en accord Aves des personnes de la sécurité de l'hôtel pour profiter des installations et dérober des affaires.
On m'a volé 200 euros dans mon sac et pour eux c'était normal .
J'ai beaucoup voyager dans la vie mais alors là je le conseille vraiment pas du tout.
Le seul point positif c'est la mer mais mélanger avec la population
