Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, für ein sehr gut hat ein frisch gepresster Orangensaft mit frischen Zitronen gefehlt. Es gab ein extra Brotschneidemesser, Margarine, Obst. Omlette wurden extra frisch - nach jeweiliger Absprache - zubereitet. Wir wurden morgens gefragt was wir zum Abendessen wählen, damit konnte sich die Küche bestmöglich auf die Gäste einstellen und es wurde schonend mit Lebensmitteln umgegangen. Begonnen haben wir unser Abendessen meistens mit einem Salat vom Buffet, was die Wartezeit verkürzt hat. Unser Tisch blieb für uns die ganze Zeit reserviert, nicht weit vom Buffet entfernt.
Ein Parkplatz hat sich stets genau vor der Tür gefunden.
Für Leute die Ski fahren möchten ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Verschiedene Pisten standen zur Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Auto wurde unter freiem Himmel öfter dick eingeschneit. Das war aber kein Problem für ausleihbare Schneebesen und -schieber.

Skvělá kuchyně, která lahodí jak žaludku tak oku. Zcela výjimečná.
Obsluha byla na mimořádné profesionální úrovni, především u slečny Nikoletty.
V budoucnu plánujeme hotel opět navštívit. Můžeme vám vřele doporučit.

Nemám připomínek.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault any part of our time there.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Filzmoos. It’s a very comfortable and clean hotel. All the staff were very responsive and helpful given our limited knowledge of their language. The food was good and more than plentiful, 5 courses for the evening meal with three main course choices each night. Breakfast was varied with hot or cold options on offer. The staffs knowledge of the area both local and further afield was very helpful, guiding us through possible options to maximise our time in the area. The local tourist information is also situated almost directly opposite the hotel.

Winterurlaub in einem sehr schönen Hotel
Pros:

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, Lage zum Ort und den Skiliften sehr nah und fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und freundlich eingerichtet mit einem schönen Balkon. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit großem Schwimmbad. Das Essen war hervorragend und überaus reichlich mit Salatbuffet, Vorspeise, Suppe, Hauptgang, Dessert und täglich wechselnd, auch vegetarisch war täglich dabei. Im Winter gab’s zusätzlich noch nachmittags Suppe und Kuchen.
Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, was überhaupt kein Problem war.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich persönlich zu „bemängeln“ hätte ist der Teppichboden im Zimmer, nicht nur weil wir einen Hund haben und das Zimmer somit leichter zu reinigen ist für nachfolgende Gäste, sondern weil ich es im allgemeinen hygienischer und allergiefreundlicher finde.
Und 30€ pro Nacht für einen kleinen Hund, der den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und wir darauf achten, dass sie „sauber“ ist bevor sie ins Zimmer darf, finde ich schon etwas zu viel und habe ich noch nie in einem Hotel bezahlt. Ich denke dass bis 20€ auch angemessen wären…
Bis auf diese beiden Punkte gibt es wirklich nichts negatives.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer bestens ausgestattet, trotz vollem Hotel war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig

Frühstück ausgezeichnet und das Restaurant ist auch wärmstens zu empfehlen

Cons:

Leider war vor unserem Balkon die Beleuchtung des Hotels. Etwas hell daher.

Pros:

Super Verpflegung, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Spielzimmer für Kinder im Keller.
Angeblich sehr schöner Wellnessbereich (hab ich selbst nicht genutzt)
Schnelles WLAN.

Cons:

Etwas wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer.
Ca. 500 m bis zum nächsten Lift, es gibt aber einen Bus.
