Belle Helene Hotel

Property has potential to be a luxurious hotel- beautiful oceanfront property but seems money isn’t put back into it. Pictures are not accurate- especially of bathroom. Hallways are gross- carpet is filthy- and hallway walls need some help. Room itself isn’t bad- cute decor and clean but our room had water damage near sliding door. Beds are very uncomfortable. Staff was super friendly and accommodating but seem understaffed. Left the property early and booked elsewhere. Sad because this hotel definitely has potential but seems owners just collect the money and run!

After arriving, original room was not done up (beds not made, towels everywhere, etc). Front desk did try and correct, but even the alternative room was not clean (beds were made, towels were there, but floor in bathroom was sticky, and hair shavings found in sink). Room doors were quite flimsy and the carpets in the hall ways needed replacing (beyond normal cleaning stains, etc.) Breakfast was good and staff were excellent, but property needs an overhaul.

This property is outdated. The shower is very tiny and water spills everywhere in the bathroom.

Ambiente spazioso, grandi spazi verdi, piscina confortevole. Le stanze sono dotate di balcone e presentano tutti i confort. Personale molto gentile. Prima colazione molto varia di dolce, salato e frutta. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Nice quiet pace by the ocean and away from the larger crowds.

Πολύ καλή καθαριότητα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Πολύ καλό και πλούσιο πρωινό.
Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι (parking και λοιποί) απαιτούν βελτίωση (πολύ σκόνη, λακούβες και σπασμένα τσιμέντα)
Τα μπάνια απαιτούν επίσης βελτίωση (αδικαιολόγητα μικρές ντουζιέρες, ακατάλληλλα καπάκια τουαλέτας) ενώ οι εξωτερικές μονάδες των Α/C δημιουργούν μια αποπνικτική ατμόσφαιρα στα μπαλκόνια εξ αιτίας των ξύλινων κινκλιδομάτων που διαθέτουν πολύ μικρά κενά
για αερισμό.
Γενικά όμως η συμπεριφορά και η προθυμία του προσωπικού αποσβαίνουν πολλές από τις ελλείψεις ή τις ατέλειες που παρουσιάζουν οι εγκαταστάσεις.

Great value for money, dinner banquet was good, breakfast was great (lots to choose from). I liked that there were children there and that they were catered for too (I did not have children with me but thought it was great)!

It was a real pleasure. The stuff was friendly, breakfast amazing, views are beutiful.
It is right on the beach

Needs renovating/repair. Hallways are filthy. I would not stay here again.

Totalmente da ristrutturare

Les 2 chambres louées n'ont pas été faites entre la première et la deuxième nuit. Lorsque nous l'avons signalé à la réception il n'y a pas eu la moindre excuse.
L'hôtel est bien si l'on a des enfants en bas âge autrement il est très bruyant la journée avec une musique en permanence sur la plage.

Chambre moderne et belle piscine.
Etablissement plus adapté pour des séjours d'une semaine pour des familles grecques avec des enfants jeunes.

Location was excellent. Accomodation: room was a bit small, with several outdated fixtures including old mini fridge. Served food was a bit 'boring', and repetitive, especially breakfast.
Staff was exceptional: quite curteous, cleaning service was impecable.
