Pros:

利用する施設が近った。駅も徒歩で行ける距離で近く料理店も周辺にあり助かりました

窓からの景色は気にしていなかったけどまぁ、悪い点をあげるなら景色かな

駐車場が狭く何度も切返しが必要だった
駐車場入り口が急傾斜で車の底をこすった
駐車場の状況が分かっていれば他の駐車場を探すこともできた
