L’accueil, le calme, la nourriture, l’extrême propreté et la qualité de toutes les catégories de personnel. L’attention à tous les détails de la patronne.

Cons:

Rien, sauf un certain manque de discipline, de convivialité et de respect d’autrui de certains utilisateurs du sauna manifestement pas bien informés des bons usages du sauna et de ce qui l’entoure.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Hinterglemm zum Ski fahren + Tolles und freundliches Team
Pros:

Zentrale und gute Lage in Hinterglemm. Direkter Einstieg ins Skigebiet am Schlepper - der Weg zurück ist etwas komplizierter aber gut möglich. - Wir haben meist zurück den Skibus genutzt - der direkt vor dem Hotel hält.
Das Hotel Team und Service ist super nett, freundlich und hiflsbereit. Es gibt einen direkten Lift in den Skikeller.
Das Hotel bietet eine E-Lademöglichkeit an - zusätzlich sind auf der anderen Strassenseite public charging Säulen.

Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslunsreich in der Zeit für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten - die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und relativ eng - aber mit großem Bad. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gemacht - aber z. B. wärend unseres Aufenthalt war ein Duschkopf defekt.

Morgun og kvöldmaturinn voru mjög góðir og gott úrval við morgunverðarhlaðborðið.
Kojuherbergi algjör snilld fyrir fjölskyldu með 2 börn.
Staðsetningin geggjuð.

Cons:

Hefði viljað sjá betri aðstöðu fyrir spa með börn. Mögulega heitan pott eða eitthvað álíka.

An amazing small family hotel right next to the T-Bar lift
Pros:

The Almrausch is a small family run hotel right next door to the T-Bar lift in Hinterglemm. Not only is it beautifully kept and decorated it is absolutely spotless. The family and the team all work incredibly hard to ensure your stay is amazing. Oh and the food omg - you will never be hungry. An amazing buffet for starters every evening then a 3 course meal of a high end restaurant standard - definitely need to be on a diet now we’re home. Well done to Sarah, Harry and their parents and all the team who put everything into making your holiday perfect.
