良かったです
Pros:

２部屋予約したさいに隣の部屋にしてくれた。柔軟な対応で非常に良かったと思います。

Cons:

車で行きましたがホテルの場所への入口が分かりにくいので周辺を何回か回った。もう少し案内看板等があれば良いのではと思った

松江駅近くに複数のホテルを利用したことがあったがこれは最高

Pros:

朝食は美味しく頂きました。予約時に「駐車場の確保はできません、早い者勝ちで別途¥800必要です。」にはガッカリしました。駐車場代を支払うと、他のホテルと比較した時のお得感はあまりない気がしました。

駐車場代込みの料金表示をされた方が良いのでは。

JR駅からの距離は表示より近く感じるので一度知ればアクセスに問題なし。また利用してもいいかな。
Pros:

部屋は少し窮屈だったが清潔。フロント前に自由に利用できるお茶、お菓子その他が豊富で嬉しかった。朝食メニューにもほぼ満足（カレーも美味しかった）。無料レンタル品に自転車も入っていて次回は利用するかもしれない。

Cons:

チェックイン時のフロント対応はホテル利用で極めて重要。受付者は少し不愛想で事務的すぎきめ細かさが無い（若くて経験不足なのでれば今後のもてなしの気持ち醸成を期待）

確認したい事があって、部屋の電話からフロントに電話しましたが、一度も繋がらなかった
