人件費削減し過ぎ？
Pros:

漫画が読めるルームがあり、息子が喜んでいました
ウェルカムドリンクも種類豊富でお得感がありました
スキンケア用品も揃っていて満足でした

Cons:

確認したい事があって、部屋の電話からフロントに電話しましたが、一度も繋がらなかった

JR駅からの距離は表示より近く感じるので一度知ればアクセスに問題なし。また利用してもいいかな。
Pros:

部屋は少し窮屈だったが清潔。フロント前に自由に利用できるお茶、お菓子その他が豊富で嬉しかった。朝食メニューにもほぼ満足（カレーも美味しかった）。無料レンタル品に自転車も入っていて次回は利用するかもしれない。

Cons:

チェックイン時のフロント対応はホテル利用で極めて重要。受付者は少し不愛想で事務的すぎきめ細かさが無い（若くて経験不足なのでれば今後のもてなしの気持ち醸成を期待）

盆前土曜日泊なのにコスパは良かった
Pros:

駅前にも近く、部屋から川が見えて良かったです。
新しくはないですが、綺麗に整われていて過ごしやすかったです。
アメニティのところにパックがあったり選ぶのが楽しかったです。

Cons:

無料のアメニティの所のコーヒーが、無糖のものがないのが残念でした。
部屋着は綿素材だと良かった。
レンジがあったので利用させてもらい助かったのですが、チン♪の音が少し響く感じがして（朝早めだったので）気を遣いました。

Business hotel type at a great price.

Very nice staff. Location is unbeatable. The free drink was a nice touch.
