Check-out time is 11:00. After check-out, you can use the pool, thermal and sauna area until 23:00 at a reduced rate.

Im Regentag sollte es Tagesangebote den ganzen Tag geben, oder Speiserkarte öfters wechseln.
Vulkania Saunabar schließt im Sommer zu früh.
Auf der "Wege"-Karte sollten die verschlossene Tore angezeigt werden (wir standen vor verschlossener Wassergöttin).

Необычный отель для одноразового посещения
Pros:

Питание очень хорошее, Свободное время посещения ужина, хорошее обслуживание в ресторане, очень хорошие бассейны.

Cons:

Простой и тёмный номер, длинные коридоры для посещения бассейнов. Идти долго. Если, что то забыл в номере
возвращаться не хочется.
Гидромассажи в бассейнах включаются по программе автоматически. Было бы хорошо если бы можно бы было включать нужное индивидуально или было указано частота включения. Особенно это касается внутренних бассейнов. Часто гидромассаж работает( а они включаются по очереди) никого нет и, наоборот, отдыхающие ждут, а он не работает.
Бассейн с волнами я видел, что он работал только в день приезда. Больше не повезло. Время работы отсутствует.
Наружное озеро не очень чистое.
Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый . Но реальной помощи не оказывает ни какой.

Celý areál je úžasný, moc se mi líbí i důraz na udržitelnost jak technologií, tak i stravy. Vše pokud možno lokální, bio, moc chutné, jak snídaně, tak večeře. I přes vysokou obsazenost hotelu poklidná atmosféra, žádné přeplněné bazény, velké množství lehátek, míst k odpočinku. Bazény samotné čisté, krásné. Pramen Vulcania nás nadchnul, moc příjemná je možnost koupání od 7 hod pro hotelové hosty a stejně tak večer až do 23 hod - v kombinaci s živým ohněm a nasvícenou sopkou, úžasná atmosféra. Architektura Hundertwassera je jedinečná, to se musí vidět.

Pros:

Das super Thermalwasser, das sehr freundliche Personal, Halbpension für alle Gäste - Riesenauswahl beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen und sehr lecker.
Man darf sich auf den 42 ha Fläche überall frei bewegen, auch die Häuser können erklommen werden.

The most HEAVENLY STAY!!!
Pros:

I just had the most magical stay for two days. Everything from the facilities, the friendly staff, the delicious food, comfortable rooms, the architecture… it’s a real life fairytale. I couldn’t recommend staying here more. Just do it!!
