Auf Wohlbefinden wird viel Wert gelegt
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche Miarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption und Therapeutinnen, die für Wohlbefinden gesorgt haben.

Cons:

Das chaotische Durcheinander bei der Terminen der Therapie. Dabei hielten viele Hotelgäste ihre Termine nicht ein und die Therspeutinnen mussten mit viel Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen vermitteln wer als nächster dran sei.

Perfect, ne-am odihnit!
Pros:

Am ajuns mai repede si totusi am fost cazati, la alegerea noastra am optat spre "SEA VIEW" cum glumea doamna de la receptie la etajul 9, de altfel doamna o profesionista 100%. Pot sa spun ca se poate face turism de calitate si in Felix, camera renovata, hotelul curat, caile de acces curate, parcare, mic dejun si cina cu alimente proaspete si gustoase, vin alb si rosu , personalul din restaurat foarte amabil si cu disciplina perfecta, debarasarea meselor era executata in permanenta, bravo managerului de restaurant, am avut muzica live in fiecare seara (era minivacanta de Rusalii) , duminica am avut parte de mancare gatita la ceaun in aer liber chiar in incinta starandului si bineinteles ne-am rasfatat cu o PALINCA de BIHOR.
Deci DA, mai revenim!

Cons:

Salteaua mica de inaltime si incomod sa stai pe marginea patului si destul de dura pentru gustul nostru . Personal mai voiam o perna dar nu am cerut (sigur primeam una in plus)

Great hotel
Pros:

Hotel Termal balneotherapy was very well delivered. The menu was very diversified and different every day, tasty and fir all tastes.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit hard, but we have turned upside down and was bearable.

Absolut totul. Superb o relaxare deosebita. Apa termala fierbinte muzica ambientala..plus politețea si dragalasenia personalul dovada de in profesionalism deosebit. Plus diversitatea meniurilor si gustări cu deliciu gustativ o încântare spirituala..!! Felicitări
