We love the room and the location. The locations close proximity to the park was definitely a perk.
Here’s a polished version:
During breakfast, there was a leak coming from the roof. While it was not the staff’s fault, it was somewhat distracting during the meal. The breakfast itself was average. We really enjoyed the potatoes, but we found the meat selection to be limited and somewhat disappointing.
the room was amazing! it was spacious and clean. the location was great too.
the breakfast was ok and the garage was stinky.
This place at the Hyatt has been great and the hospitality service from the front desk to the breakfast buffet has been a great experience especially Myrna at the culinary buffet. She has been great with attention to details and always asking what the customer needs dueing breakfast, she treats us like family especially engaging with my daughter, she was so nice and caring to her. Thanks Myrna for what you do and your passion and dedication in treating the customers like family.
Great staff!!! Average atmosphere; clean rooms. Trouble woth hot water
Having stayed here multiple times in the past for our Disney trips, we were so exited to have another stay here. I’ve realized the experience definitely depends on the room you get. We got probably one of the worst rooms this time around. A king and sofa bed. The beds itself were fine but the pillows literally sank in so deep once you laid your head down. The bathroom door was so extremely heavy, we had kids and this felt so dangerous to us given the door doesn’t stay open and automatically shuts due to how heavy the door is. There is very visible were and tear inside the shows (hard water and rust).
We also started our trip of badly because we booked a room on points and at the time of booking, the king and sofa bed was only available. Prior to check in, I checked both booking sites and the Hyatt app if any suites were available to pay extra for. When we got to check in and I inquired about paying to upgrade to suites, front desk worker told me that all rooms for the dates we were staying for were booked for the dates our stay. I’m not sure how this is true if it’s available showing on the app itself?
What absolutely killed our stay was that during our second night (the only offer housekeeping every other day), on our second night (last day), I started to pack to go home for check out the following day, I realized my very distinct Mickey and Minnie Disney ears were missing. These were distinct because I hand glued each rhinestone on both the removable Mickey and Minnie plush ear - they cannot be missed because they are so sparkly. I spent almost 4-5 hours for each Mickey and Minnie for the ears. Completely missing. I had set a designated spot (open slot on the drawers, right underneath where the TV is). All my ears were placed there. That particular ear, completely gone. I wondered the best way to go about this, day of checkout I went down to front desk to see if they have a lost and found, if anyone turned in ears, nothing. Then I stated my concerns that my ears went missing the day our room was cleaned. I distinctly remember the ears being placed right underneath the TV. Their website for lost items, apparently she couldn’t log in, she told me to do it myself to report it missing. Then I pushed the subject and finally was told I could file an incident report & mangement would call me. I still haven’t heard back from management.
The worst part of this trip was , we had purchased a case of water bottles. Because the bathroom door was so heavy, we used it to keep the bathroom door open. On the day of checkout, we were planning to leave the unused water bottle in the hotel. We packed our belongings. All our luggage were on the luggage cart, room was cleared and checked before we left the room. Again, we left the case of water bottles on the floor in the restroom. I scanned the entire hotel room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. My husband did the same- both of us did not touch the water bottles on the floor. We then closed the hotel door, walked through it the hallway, tons of housekeeping staff were already cleaning rooms. We (myself, husband and kids) took the elevator down to the garage to unload. My son then asked for water and realized we didn’t have any with us so I said, let me go back to the hotel room to grab a few waters we left behind and then I’ll check out afterwards. I get back to the hotel room, used our room key to get in (because again, it’s still working because we haven’t checked out yet). What do I see and notice ? The water bottles that were on the floor when we left the hotel room, was now sitting on the bathroom counter. This visibily tells me someone came directly into our room after we took off to the garage and checked our room and moved things around (particularly the water bottles). Again, my husband and I confirmed we both didn’t touch the water bottles and left them on the floor. This was scary and odd.
We are dedicated Hyatt members and have had such great experience with Hyatt but this on near Disney needs major work including management and staff. What a nightmare of a stay , we won’t be staying here anymore. Not worth the points or money.
This hotel is always accommodating and always very clean. Love the pool. Loved the view and the people who work there are great.
The breakfast buffet
A
The shower water comes and go from regular temperature to very hot water it burns my body
Room was cozy for a small family, great storage for our items. Close access to food was also a plus and the bar in the lobby was perfect. Fitness center was well equipped and facilities were clean!
More sparking options at the bar! Rooms were oddly cold despite thermostat saying it was 72 degrees. Pool was small, but good for a couple families at a time. Breakfast is a lot better at the Convention center location.
Perfect location for a day at Disneyland and downtown Disney. Room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds. We will be back next visit.
Spacious room, good service, convenient, great location,-15 min walk to the disney parks.
Breakfast included was very basic, more variety would be nice, also extending breakfast until 10 am ( it ends at 9am)
We have stayed at Hyatt house to visit Disneyland twice in the last few months. Our latest visit in June 2026 was great. The customer service from Carlos and Celene was wonderful. We really appreciated Carlos helping us get a quiet room! We would recommend the Hyatt house to anyone traveling with kids.
Our only disappointment was breakfast ending at 9am.
Location was fantastic. Brekky each day was excellent. Large room and super comfy. Pool was awesome too.
Thin walls, so could be noisy from above. Staff excellent in dealing with boisterous kids though.
We stayed in the Hyatt House for our Disneyland trip and were delighted in the prompt and helpful staff, they rolled with check-in system challenges and were so friendly.
The room we were given had a kitchenette and large bathroom and best part- view of the park fireworks! And it was so quiet, we didn't hear any of our hallway neighbors.
The lounge area is cozy and large, very inviting and roomy for breakfast with all the rope-droppers.
The pool was clean and beautiful with poolside games like corn hole and giant connect 4, which my kids loved, and plenty of seating.
Great proximity to the park. We will stay here again.
We had an amazing stay! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite with a fantastic view, which made our trip even more special. The hotel also surprised my daughter with a birthday balloon, and it absolutely made her day.
The customer service was outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. This experience has made me an even bigger Hyatt fan. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as I wish the food quality was a bit better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
Excellent
The view and the cleanliness and close to Disneyland.
Great hotel, amazing staff and walking distance from restaurants, stores and Disney park. We've stayed at this property multiple times and plan on doing so. The staff has always gone above what's expected to make our stay amazing.
This Hyatt House is not at the level of other Hyatt House properties we have stayed at. I suppose this is to be expected for the location, busy-ness and high volume of people. The floors in the room felt gritty and dirty. The light in the bunk room didn’t work. The water is either scalding hot or freezing cold. Breakfast was ok - better than most other Disney area hotels. Pool is beautiful, but the hot tub was dirty and had scum on the surface. The most disappointing part to me was that we were charged for parking when we didn’t bring a car! No one ever asked if we had a car and I wonder how many people pay that $50 a day without realizing it! That being said, we would stay here again for the the proximity to the parks, the breakfast and the better quality than many other Disney hotels.
