Pros:

Amazing it was what I expected. The breakfast area was planted tables clean. The stuff that was working there. They’re really nice. I believe if you pay well, your employees they will continue working hard and having an amazing smile when they greet us.

Cons:

I believe the only thing I did not like about your hotel is the problem that you have with the elevators. They’re too slow only two elevators working while I see four elevators, but only two were working, that was only thing that I did not like.

Cons:

Garage area smelt like sewage. 4th floor had musty smell mixed with the smell of new carpet and paint fumes. Base board were not in stalled. Only two of four elevators were working.

It was an average experience and will look elsewhere next time.
Pros:

I enjoyed the associates, breakfast selection, and found the establishment to be well kept.

Cons:

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to pay 40 a day for parking. I might as well have parked at Disneyland. It starts to make me wonder what’s the point of staying at this establishment when others offer more amenities for the same price or lower.

Breakfast, staff was friendly

Cons:

The room was loud, seemed like there was drilling sounds overnight and early morning. The automatic shades were confusing and no directions on how to open or close.

Pros:

I liked how close we were to thw Park.

Cons:

The water in the shower would go from freezing to scalding hot without touching the faucet. Thw bathroom fan also didnt work. The air only worked in 1 of the rooms, you had to keep the door open. It smelled awful in the lower floors. Apparently the water just stops. The light in the main room dis not work.

Pros:

It was a 14 minute walk to Disneyland! Breakfast was amazing! It was my birthday and the guy at the front desk was amazing and gave me and my kids balloons to celebrate! I wish I got his name because he was so nice! Always helpful with any inconvenience.

Cons:

We had quite a bit of issues with the water, one day there wasn’t any water but they did make up for it with gifts. After water was back on, we tried to wash clothes but no water was coming out on that side of the building. But again, the guy at the front desk was amazing and got our clothes taken care of! The showers were horrible, the water temperature fluctuated between scalding hot water and cold no matter what the temperature was set.

Good but will look for another hotel next time unless there is some type of comp for how bad the elevators are

Cons:

Tubs and bathrooms are older. Also 2 elevators were broken so we wait ones 15-20 minutes for elevators multiple times a day. Honestly over 60 minutes a day waiting for elevators is horrible especially with a wife and 4 kids. Thinking about it now I get frustrated again a the staff refusing to let us use the stairs or take 10 minutes to get staff to open the stairs. It just sucked and made the stay not pleasant or want us to come back to this Hyatt without something to show some gratitude. I spend almost 3k on a room to 5 days so it wasn’t cheap and of my wife and kids saying they don’t want to come back to this hotel only because of that

You can’t beat it!
Pros:

Second time staying there. Love the location and the employees were professional, we are family of 6 and so thankful for the amazing breakfast they have.

Cons:

There was only two elevators available…. But note there was construction going on.

A great place for work or vacation!
Pros:

This hotel is conveniently located from many popular places (e.g. Disneyland, The Honda Center) around Anaheim. The hotel is newly renovated and the staff is very welcoming, and my room was pleasantly spacious and clean. I enjoyed the convenient shops on the first floor like Starbucks and Walgreens. It was within walking distance of many restaurants. I rarely used my car to get around – everything was within walking distance! Highly recommended for business or vacation stays.
