Love this hotel! Clean, comfortable and staff was great

Hands down the best place in Anaheim! The hotel was well kept, clean and staff was amazing! Has one of the best pools for kids and adults!

Very clean, cleaning staff was quick to clean any mess around the hotel, close to Disneyland ,staff was very polite and friendly.

The bedrooms had bunk beds for the kids, great free breakfast, property was very nice and clean.

The hotel is really nice.

We had a great stay. We checked in around 4 o’clock (Carlos was awesome), and we were upgraded to a larger room on the top floor. The room was very clean, large, and had a kitchen. It was close to the elevators, but very quiet.

All of the staff that we encountered were great (special thanks to Eddie, for getting us some ice). Breakfast was surprisingly good. There were two buffet lines, and it was a full hot breakfast with fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, and pancakes. There were several types of tea, coffee, and juices.

We’ve stayed at different Hyatt places and Hyatt Houses and this is one of the nicest, and cleanest that we’ve stayed at. You can tell that the management and staff really care about this property.

Great room, with plenty of space for two boys to play safely. Close proximity to Disneyland makes it our go to everytime. Particluarly because of the Walgreen below should we forget an item or need something in a pinch, and the starbucks below also make it easy for us to get to the park early with b reakfast in hand using mobile ordering.

Great hotel and room funtionality. Staff members very helpful and thoughtful. The only issue was the check in. Knowing that check in was not promised until 4pm, however our room was not ready in time and ended up notgetting the keys until 4:45pm. This was only a problem due to my circumstances needing to get to an important dinner at 5pm. I had called ahead to ask if even an hour early was possible and the said they would try which is understandable, but it ended up being much later.
On a very great note, at breakfast the staff was amazing and so nice. There was a specific person I would like to mention, Margatrita, I believe she was staffing for the breakfast served. She went out of her way to say hi to my kids and asked their ages engaging in conversation. Once she found out that that exact day was my sons 3rd birthday, she again wnet out of her busy morning to bring him a piece of cheesecake with a candle, balloons, and some Mickey coloring books. Then she set down a small speaker on the table and sang Happy Birthday to him. An outstanding way to start a little ones birthday!! Being the great mother that she likely is, she even brought our 5 year old daughter the same coloring books and balloons .... knowing how little kids are.
All in all, great experience with my family and planning on staying at Hyatt Place hotels on our future travels.

We absolutely love staying at the Hyatt House Anaheim and have continued coming back for the last two years whenever we visit Disneyland. The location is perfect, just moments away from Disney, which makes everything so convenient for our family trips.

What truly keeps us coming back though is the incredible staff and service. Every single stay has been pleasant, welcoming, and stress free thanks to how attentive and customer service oriented everyone is. The breakfast staff especially deserves recognition. They are always friendly, hardworking, and genuinely attentive to guests.

The complimentary breakfast is honestly one of our favorite parts of staying here. Having, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, French toast, coffee, milk, and so many options available every morning saves us from having to leave and search for breakfast elsewhere before heading to the parks. It really makes the experience so much easier and more enjoyable.

Another huge reason we appreciate this hotel so much is because I have celiac disease, and the staff has always been incredibly accommodating with gluten free options. That level of care and understanding means a lot and has never gone unnoticed.

We also love being able to come back after a long day at Disney and just kick back by the pool. The pool area has such a relaxing atmosphere and is the perfect setting to unwind and recharge during downtime between park days. It really adds to the overall experience and makes the hotel feel like part of the vacation itself.

Thank you to the entire Hyatt House Anaheim team for always making our stays memorable and comfortable. We’re actually getting ready for another Disney trip now and are excited to return once again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Disneyland.

Great location and room. The front desk staff was great. The breakfast was delicious. Myrna was so friendly while we enjoyed our meal. I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a good experience.

Hyatt House is always our go-to. The location is so convenient and being able to come back for a mid-day break from Disney is clutch. The complimentary breakfast is solid and Myrna is amazing taking care of our group and going above and beyond to make sure our breakfasts went smooth. Highly recommend!!! Myrna is the best!!!

Great hotel. Myrna was a joy to us during our breakfasts. Hyatt House is lucky to have her.
