Hotellet var fint och mysigt och vi trivdes bra!
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost! Mysigt hotellområde med finna pooler och många solstolar!

Cons:

Badvakten va väldigt sur och tillät inte att hoppa från kanten även fast poolen va 2,5 m djup. Vilket var väldigt tråkigt för barnen.😭

I had a wonderful holiday on the island of Crete and was truly very pleased with the hotel I stayed at. The hotel was extremely comfortable and stylish; both the rooms and the common areas were thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The pool was crystal clear and quite spacious, making it a perfect spot to relax at any time of day. The food was truly a feast; there was a great variety, and everything was fresh and carefully prepared. What I loved most was the friendly, kind, and helpful attitude of the staff. I truly felt very special. Also, the crystal-clear and deep blue sea of Crete made this holiday even more special.

Mon expérience vis à vis de mes attentes.
Pros:

Pour notre séjour en famille fin septembre le grecotel était l idéal.petite maisonnette sur z étages spacieuse et bien équipées, même si la déco n est pas de 2025, c était propre, confortable et très fonctionnel.
Le buffets du matin et du soir n étaient pas énormes mais ne manquaient de rien et étaient très bons.
Belle petite piscine nettoyées tous les jours.
Personnel accueillant, sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

J ai vraiment apprécié mon expérience au Grecotel et si je devait y retourner, je ne choisirai pas la pleine saison car je pense qu à cette saison les équipements, place à la piscine et au restaurant ne doivent pas être adaptés aux nombre de chambres.
D'où les commentaires négatifs que j ai pu lire avant d'effectuer ma réservation...

Struttura Bella ma con aspetti assolutamente da migliorare
Pros:

Zona reception e aree comuni stupende! La colazione è molto varia e tutto di ottima qualità.
Piscine perfette anche per i bambini, con lettini e salviettoni comodi (abbiamo apprezzato le docce esterne disponibili anche post check-out, se si vuole restare in piscina per godere a pieno la giornata anche senza camera).

Cons:

Il bagno in camera ha qualche problema di tubazioni: l’acqua scendeva dalla vasca e risaliva dal water e dallo scarico a pavimento, creando un’odore veramente sgradevole (impossibile tenere la porta del bagno aperta a causa di questa puzza anche perché il bagno è privo di finestre o aerazione).
La struttura di trova di fronte ad una strada abbastanza affollata ma non ha alcun parcheggio quindi abbastanza scomodo scaricare la macchina e le valigie.
Orario della cena troppo ristretto, se arrivi dopo le 9,30 non trovi più nulla.

No tan fabuloso como prometía pero ni tan mal
Pros:

La segunda habitación que nos pusieron. La que teníamos reservada nos dijeron que tenía un problema con el aire acondicionado y que nos ubicaban en otra que era "un poco más pequeña" pero que nos compensaban ofreciéndonos la cena. Es decir, en vez de obtener un 'upgrade' nos hicieron un 'downgrade' con cena en el buffet del hotel. Cena que por cierto no incluía ni el agua, que había que pagar aparte, cosa que me parece muy miserable. Cena que me limitaba a ir durante una semana al hotel en vez de descubrir otros sitios por ahí. En fin, al segundo día tuve que ir a protestar a recepción porque además de pequeña, la habitación conectaba con una puerta con el apartamento de al lado, cosa que nos daba muy mal rollo, el aparato de aire goteaba y había varias cosas rotas en la cocina. La nueva habitación mucho mejor, espaciosa, ubicada convenientemente cerca de la entrada trasera al la calle donde teníamos aparcado el coche. Todo el personal muy amable y bastante bien organizado para lo grande que es el complejo de apartamentos.

Cons:

El horario de las piscinas, limitado de 10 a 18h que es cuando normalmente uno está fuera visitando cosas si no es que eres de los que se apalancan la tumbona a las 7 de la mañana para estar todo el día tirado en la piscina sin dar golpe, que para un día o dos no te digo yo que no pero no es nuestro concepto de ir de viaje a un sitio...

Προσφάτως ανακαινισμένοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, πεντακάθαρες πισίνες, αρκετά καλό πρωινό, εξαιρετικό προσωπικό που πραγματικά νοιάζεται για τον πελάτη (με εξαίρεση τον υπεύθυνο, που είναι φορτικός και γλοιώδης με τους πελάτες και αγενής και απαξιωτικός προς το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό)

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν μια μιζέρια, με το χειρότερο στρώμα που έχω κοιμηθεί ποτέ (ευτυχώς μας το άλλαξαν τη δεύτερη μέρα), παλιά, άχαρα έπιπλα από σκούρο ξύλο σε στυλ ενοικιαζόμενου του '90, ένα άκυρο τεράστιο κεφαλάρι από καπιτονέ δερματίνη πάνω από το κρεβάτι, κλιματιστικό 20ετιας στο υπνοδωμάτιο, μπάνιο σε τραγική κατάσταση, γεμάτο κακοτεχνίες, μ'ένα καζανάκι που δούλευε άμα ήθελε... Τραγική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, πληρώσαμε όσα θα έπρεπε να κοστίζει αν ήταν ήδη ανακαινισμένο... Έφτιαξαν τους έξω χώρους και οι φετινοί πελάτες χρηματοδοτούν την επερχόμενη (ελπίζω..) ανακαίνιση. Ντροπή για Grecotel.

Pros:

My kids really loved the pool. Too bad that by 9 a.m. all the chairs were already taken by the “towel mafia” 😀 and we never managed to get a spot by the big pool.

Cons:

The hotel lobby is beautiful, but when you park your car in the back street, it loses its charm. The rear parking area is dirty, with a lot of trash… Breakfast is not very varied; every morning it was exactly the same.
And as I mentioned, I would definitely do something about those who reserve the sunbeds with towels.
