Cons:

家族で3泊予定でしたので、予約時に一部屋ベッドを２つそれぞれの部屋にお願いして、1週間前にベッドの数を確認したにも関わらず、当日ダブルの部屋しか空いていないと言われました。今更そんなこと言われても困るというと、更に6万5千円払えば一部屋に3人泊まれるようにベッドを整えると言われたので、支払ったところ、もともとあったソファにシーツをかけたものでした。え？これで一泊2万以上も取るの？と文句を言いましたが、聞き入れてもらえませんでした。結局3泊で20万以上もかかってしまい、もうこのホテルには泊まりません。もし、このホテルをご家族でご利用の際には気をつけた方がいいです。
