We stayed in one of the apartments which was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had very good food and drinks (you could tell there were locals there as well as hotel guests) and the staff was as accommodating and polite as can be.
Very friendly staff and good location for walking.
Good car park. Close to downtown/walkable. Front desk nice and helpful.
One of the reasons we choose this hotel is because they indicated that they had laundry facilities on site. There were no facilities on site for us to use. Rather, we were told that the staff could do it for us; they way this was shared with us was as a favor, not a service. We ended up with a pile of wrinkled clothes and a bill of 40 pounds. We felt taken advantage of in this process. The expedia discription should clearly indicate laundry service not laundry facilities. Very dissatisfied with this.
Excellent hotel. I was very well looked after by everyone.
Redcliff was very convient to everything, food, shopping, museums, walking trails, etc. The room was perfect size. The food at the on site restaurant was fantastic. If I had any complaint the shower was very tiny and the water pressure was low.
Beautiful place to stay in
The apartments are super spacious. The standard double not so much. Hotel is in a great location to walk to pubs and restaurants. They have a Nice outdoor pizza and bar area but that was not open during our stay.
Superb location and people.
Very, very quiet with no street noise. yet close to city center. Great views. Spotless and set up with everything you would need. Only interacted with one staff Memeber and she was awesome! Great communication. Highly recommended!
Good location and easy parking
Staff were really nice, especially the lady at breakfast. Great location as quiet but not too far from centre.
Great stay in a beautiful place. Walking distance to the city shops.
Recently stayed Redcliff for two nights. Breakfast and dinner was great. Super friendly staff. Room was small but cozy. Incredible view of Inverness castle from our room. Manager Anna-Maria went above and beyond to make our stay here, exceptional. The owners of this establishment are fortunate to have her as their manager. Convenient seven minute walk to downtown, in a safe neighborhood. Great parking. Overall great little hotel.
Decent no frills accommodation. Bed was barely large enough for two people. Blinds allowed lots of light so room was fully lit after sunrise.
READ BEFORE BOOKING! The hotel charged my credit that was on file a few days before checking in even though I had selected pay at property when booking. I thought ok fine it’s paid…one less thing to deal with when we get there. When we arrived the lady at the desk was extremely rude and tried to claim it wasn’t paid yet even though I showed her it went through on my card. Then she admitted they pay less fees if she runs a card in person. I again replied it’s already been charged to my card. She got the owner who was also very rude & he demanded we pay again. So I paid twice for a room that wasn’t even very nice. (Called my CC later to get it resolved) After traveling all over Scotland this was the only time I ever had an issue at a hotel and honestly the only two people I came across who were extremely rude. Definitely do not recommend staying here. Furniture is very old and outdated and rooms are extremely small. You could also hear people in the rooms next to you. When you walked on the floors the furniture would shake & rattle. The breakfast was very minimal and heard guests complaining about it. Not worth the money or the hassle and didn’t appreciate paying TWICE especially when on vacation and a budget. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. Btw this is the first bad review I have ever written because I’ve never had such an awful experience like this.
The room we booked wasn’t available but the staff worked really hard to ensure we had a good stay.
Pleasant stay in quiet neighborhood.
