Pros:

This hotel is the worst version of motel 6. Building is very old, every where - the lobby, elevators, holways, rooms, bathtooms, has weard style, gloomy, depressing. Bathrooms very small, and creapy. Rooms are spacious but ugly, walls has texturised wallpaper that been painted with very bright peach colour, courtains are hanging down halth broke, also ugly pale and old, ugly red carpet. Beds small, and I felt metal springs pushing into my body, that was very uncomfortable. To be honest I never been so happy to cheking out. This was one of my worst hotel stays experience.

Pros:

For the price we paid we got a very decent room, clean, large and silent. Even the shared bathroom was good. I can't say any negative things, well the hotel is not so close to the metro -about 10-15 mins but walk is on the lakeside in park. The restaurant is good - but to us it wasn't cheap, but there is a food store in the same building which is excellent and gives discount to hotel guests.

Pros:

Плюсы: дёшево. Для Москвы очень дёшево. Двухкомнатный номер с кухней чуть больше 3000 рублей. Хороший вид с 16-го этажа, особенно вечером.
Минусы: всё остальное. Не принимают оплату картой, пришлось искать банкомат. Очередь на ресепшн. Сервис "советский". Платная парковка (300 рублей в сутки). Номера обшарпанные. Да и вся инфраструктура уставшая.
Резюме: жить можно, но вариант ниже среднего. Впрочем, в этом районе выбор небольшой.

раньше регулярно останавливался в этом отеле. вполне сносно для недолгого проживания. в этом районе не так много отелей.
