Pros:

Totul a fost minunată.Am fost doi maturi si 2 copii.Seful de la recepție este un tip foarte amabil ,domnisoara care a avut grija de micul dejun este foarte draguta si la fel amabila.
Micul dejun 10/10.
Va multumim pentru liniștea si confortul oferit.

Pros:

Das Personal extrem freundlich die Zimmer neu renoviert das Essen einfach Bombig die Cocktails sind auch sehr zu empfehlen die Parkplätze reichen auch aufjedenfall es wird jeder Wunsch erfüllt einfach super am liebsten wären wir nicht gegangen

Lage des Hotelsund Erreichbarkeit sind sehr gut - ein etwas präsenteres und sichtbares Hotel-Namens-Schild hätte die Ankunft noch angenehmer gemacht :-)

Szép és stílusos szálloda.
Pros:

A hotel szép és tiszta, a személyzet is kedves. A szobák kellemesek. All inclusive ellátást foglaltunk, örültem neki, hogy volt ilyen lehetőség, így a vacsorát a hotelben tudtuk elfogyasztani.

Cons:

A vacsoránál a választék lehetett volna egy kicsit bővebb.

De locatie! Mooie kamers en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er was weinig sfeer, dat moest je echt zelf maken. Overdag was het doodstil in het hotel.

Pros:

Great location and extra convenient transportation options. Ski bus stop literally in front of the hotel, train station couple of minutes walking distance. Delicious food at the hotel restaurant. Great very helpful staff.

Cons:

Die komplette (Buchungs-) Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war extrem enttäuschend und rein handlungsanweisungs-basiert. Ein KI-Bot hätte das genau so gut bzw schlecht handhaben können. Auf Anfragen, die nicht in diesem Kontext abgedeckt waren, konnten Mitarbeiter ohne Rückfrage keine Antwort geben und allgemein wurden Zusatzanfragen, auch wenn über booking möglich, grundsätzlich kommentarlos abgelehnt. Man hat es scheinbar nicht nötig auf Gäste einzugehen.
