Very nice hotel, good location perfect for our needs while visiting family and friends locally
Pros:

Very friendly and efficient check in.
Bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I would suggest that if you book a table for dinner that a reserved table should be allocated as the food area can get quite busy.

Clean and good location
Pros:

Lovely stay
Pros:

Beautiful room, nice comfy bed and the breakfast was lovely.
Staff on the front desk were so lovely and the breakfast staff were too and couldn't do enough for you.
We will certainly be back x perfect for a night before a cruise.

Cons:

Just a little note for cleaners to wipe the wall where the kettles are as there were tea stained drips all down the wall from someone putting tea bags in the bin. Minor issue and didn't spoil the stay.

Would not even consider another stay here as not value for money
Pros:

Was very disappointed with this hotel.Obviously a cruise hotel where everyone eats, sleeps, and departs.

Cons:

No plug for washbasin, plaster peeling off the ceiling,could not open bathroom window ,was expecting a walk in shower not a disabled room.Breakfast was absolutely terrible.So many people crowded into a small room, almost impossible to get to a centre table to get a spoon let alone anything to eat.Continental breakfast was a yoghurt with some berries,some toast/marmalade and a couple of croissants.
