Breakfast was very good. Room was okay.

Cons:

No elevator so couldn’t bring all my suitcases to my upstairs room. I didn’t like the shower. It needs to be upgraded.

Lovely we stayed on one of the warmest days so far this year and they did ever thing they could
Cons:

It was a shame they do not have lifts as we had 2 large suitcases. A member of staff did help us carry 1 up the stairs. I understand it s an old building and would be expensive & difficult to install a lift.

Breakfast was very cute.

Cons:

There was a heat wave and the rooms did not let out heat. No buildings in Southampton do this so we did not hold it against them in our review.

The room exceeded all my expectations. Everything was absolutely beautiful, and you can truly see that the hosts do everything with love and care. This place is filled with love, warmth, and peace. It was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again

ELIZABETH HOUSE is OK for a one-night stay, but a bit pricey for the condition it is in.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. Property needs a face-lift. The narrow stairs to our room made it difficult to climb with luggage. The double booking by BOOKING.COM with no refund, made the stay unpleasant.
