Il servizio eccellente dello staff, ha reso molto piacevole il mio soggiorno in hotel.
Pros:

Ho solo pernottato e fatto colazione, non ho usufruito dei servizi termali in quanto ero venuta ad Abano con mia cugina per una conferenza. L'ingresso dell'hotel è accogliente e piacevole, così come anche il bar ed il servizio colazioni.
Lo staff è eccellente, personale sorridente, gentile, cortese, di bella presenza e rapido servizio. Super!!
Diciamo che l'ottimo servizio del personale ha sopperito alla qualità mediocre della camera.

Cons:

La nota dolente è stata la camera: crepe sui muri, intonaco screpolato, stessa cosa in bagno, oltre al flessibile della doccia completamente ammuffito!... Da cambiare! E nell'insieme tutto molto datato...corridoi, porte di accesso alle camere, arredamento della camera e del bagno...servirebbe una bella rinfrescata...un po' di riammodernamento... E un po' più di pulizia, soprattutto in bagno e nei corridoi. E' stata una piacevole sorpresa invece, trovare i serramenti della porta/finestra nuovi, e moderni con dispositivo elettrico per abbassare ed alzare la persiana, e l'ho molto apprezzato.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti , accoglienza stupenda e organizzata , buoni servizi di piscina e spa . Abbiamo usufruito di servizi di massaggio aggiuntivi :Sabrina e Cristina bravissime , professionali e disponibili .colazione ottima e varia , camera pulita e con una bellissima vista torneremo di sicuro
