Great place to stay in Lomé !
Pros:

The property was overall really nice with a very cosy atmosphere, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant was gorgeous.
The breakfast buffet was also very nice.

Cons:

The room I had was completely different from the one advertised on Booking (it was much more basic), and could feel a bit small.
I wish I had one on the garden not with a view on the car park.

Le personnel. J'ai pris le petit déjeuner un matin et j'avais l'impression de gêner le personnel (avec l'exception du Monsieur qui faisaot les omlettes , qii était chaleureux) . À la fi. Quand je finnissais mon café une personne est venu me dire qu'il terminait le service de petit déj et je devrais payer et partir (il était 15 min avant la fin de service ...) . Puis il est rester devant ma table jusqu'au point que j'étais obligée de lui demander s'il comptais rester jusqu'au

Extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff. I arrived with a valid booking confirmation, yet your staff falsely claimed that all rooms were full and sent me away without any proper explanation. Only after I returned and argued with them did they finally agree to provide the room I had already booked. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects very poor management and customer service.
