J’ai été très bien accueillie à mon arrivée et traitée avec beaucoup d’amabilité par Rodrigue. Je tiens à le remercier pour son accueil chaleureux et sa bienveillance.

Cons:

Le coût du restaurant était assez élevé, avec un déjeuner à 18 000 FCFA. À titre de comparaison, je déjeunais habituellement au 02 Février pour 16 000 FCFA dan de conditions encore meilleures. Je trouve donc que le tarif proposé par le restaurant de l’hotel est relativement élevé.

Cons:

AFTER I'd checked in and paid I was told there was an event on that night from a bar that could go into the small hours. The noise in fact was so loud I couldn't sleep, and went on until 5am! So I paid for a night's sleep that they knew in advance I wouldn't get. Not cool.

Que lorsque j’ai payé la réservation en ligne suite à un mail de l’établissement, j’ai demandé qu’on me confirme que c’est bien la procédure standard , on me dise juste que je pouvais payer à l’arrivée à l'hôtel; cela ne m'a pas rassuré car je n’ai pas su si j’avais affaire à du pishing ou non.
Dans la chambre il y avait de la moisissure dans les WC , et une fuite d’eau qui faisait qu’il y avait une flaque d’eau en permanence au sol.
