Thank you for your hospitality, good staff all over specially in the three sixty rest, chef muneer, chef iyad, batool , ala and yazan , also the reception guys smily faces and quick check in and out

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire Rotana team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service throughout my stay.

I had breakfast at the hotel on two different days, and both experiences were truly exceptional. The food was delicious, the variety was excellent, and everything was presented beautifully.

I would especially like to thank Chef Eyad. He is incredibly professional, respectful, and welcoming. He has a wonderful way of interacting with guests, making everyone feel comfortable and valued. His food is outstanding, and his kindness, cooperation, and positive attitude make him a true asset to Rotana. I have no doubt that he would be a valuable addition to any place he works.

Thank you once again to the entire Rotana team for making my stay so enjoyable. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and look forward to visiting again.
