Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to The Boulevard and everything you need. Staff are friendly and always available.

Breakfast was good, and special thanks to Chef Yasser for accommodating all requests.

Overall, it was a good stay but it could have been better with some improvements.

Cons:

The rooms need renovation and unfortunately housekeeping requires improvement, as the room was not always perfectly clean. Considering the price I expected better service.

Not bad, but next time will look for different hotel most probably.
Pros:

The location is amazing, the view is beautiful.

Cons:

Towels were very very old, hard, torn. Room was very dusty even after cleaning you can see dust flying in the air. I requested before check-in to have birthday cake for my husband but didn’t receive it thou it was confirmed. In room dining 4x times the price of fancy restaurants outside. Laundry is very very expensive. I was confirmed by booking to get free-room upgrade but in the hotel they told me to pay additional for room upgrade so I refused. There was no complementary snacks in the room like fruit or cake something that almost all hotels provide.

Not really bad but needs a better management to reflect 5 stars hotel. Location is really lovely.
Pros:

Nice location and modern

Cons:

There aren’t enough staff to manage this facility. It was good in the past, but during my last few visits, it has noticeably deteriorated. I can’t imagine that a 5-star hotel has a very bad smell and dirty toilets in the lobby (not 1 time incident). I had to insist on getting my room cleaned, but it was obvious that there isn’t enough staff.

Staff has no 5 stars protocol in the restaurant for breakfast, no tissues on the tables all days unless you explicitly ask for and repeat yourself so you get few, whereas one time even of the staff started to justify that this is a new market standard!!!!!!!!!!!

Such touches are going without saying in 5 stars facilities.
