Pros:

Le professionnalisme du personnel et leur accueil. La vue sur Amman (nous avions choisit un étage élevé), le confort.

Cons:

Simplement que la préparation de notre chambre avait dû être « ratée), pas de produits (bidons vides), 2 rasoirs, une seule brosse à dent etc. La réception a réglé le problème rapidement.

Pros:

The humidity of the room almost killed me .
Unfortunately this hotel was my best in amman , i stayed here before 10 times … this time I couldn’t sleep for 48hr i change the room three times in two nights ! …the dust and humidity make alot of sensitivity and rash …my children undergo an life threatening …they did not clean the air conditioning the dust everywhere… makes to us a sensitive situation…i will never come back .

This is my new hotel when staying in Jordan.
Pros:

The location is perfect and the Staff are amazing. Alaadin, our server at the breakfast was kind, hilarious, attentive, and insured that my coffee cup was never empty. The chefs were amazing and I only wish I stayed there longer or had a larger stomach to eat more of the amazing breakfast. The bar is awesome and Aladin (different guy from breakfast) is an awesome bar tender. Top all this off with the fact that I was here over Ramadan and you can’t have had a better experience.

Cons:

The room was upgraded for us, which was awesome cause the view was amazing. That said, we did have to ask for an extra robe.

Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to The Boulevard and everything you need. Staff are friendly and always available.

Breakfast was good, and special thanks to Chef Yasser for accommodating all requests.

Overall, it was a good stay but it could have been better with some improvements.

Cons:

The rooms need renovation and unfortunately housekeeping requires improvement, as the room was not always perfectly clean. Considering the price I expected better service.
