Cons:

Very disappointing stay, especially considering the price of over $300 per night. We booked a high-floor suite but could barely enjoy the view because the windows were extremely dirty. The bathroom leaked from the first night, the sofa was visibly dirty, and housekeeping/service were poor throughout our stay.

Despite activating the Do Not Disturb sign, staff still called our room. Water was provided sparingly, and even after requesting more, only two bottles were sent for two guests staying six nights.

The final straw was losing electricity on our last night while I was taking a bath. Staff seemed unaware of the cause and unable to provide a clear solution. Overall, the hotel fell far below expectations in cleanliness, maintenance, and service.

היה מצוין ..נקי..צוות קבלה וצוות שירות מאוד מכובדים ואדיבים
בציק אין קיבלו אותנו בצורה מכובדת
ובציק אאוט גם היו יותר מכובדים העמיסו מעל 12 כבודות לרכבים בלי שנגע בכלום נתנו לנו מים קרים לפני שעלינו לרכבים
ועוד הרבה....

כשאתה מתקשר מהחדר לבקש בו נגיד קרח
או כוסות או כל דבר...לפעמים שוכחים לשלוח צריך להזכיר להם עוד פעם
צוות ניקיון מנקים טוב מאוד ..אבל לפעמים משאירים כמה פינות בלי לנקות...
ארוחת בוקר מבחר קטן..כול יום אותו תפריט ...אבל טעים

الفندق حلو واطلاله حلوه وبعض من العمال كانو لطيفين اخص في الشكر لعلاء الدين افضل واحدددد وكمان شيف نسيت اسمه وصاحب تكسي الفندق بلاطه احسن واحد بكل عماااااان بلااااااااااااطه وابو طلال :))))))))))

الاستغلال في الاسعار وعدم المصداقيه في كلام العمال اللي ع الريسبشن مستفزين مش كلههم , لما حجزت كان مبين سعر مع ضريبه بس رحت دفعت كمان اضاففات , بلاضافة مددنا ليله مع افطار تاني يوم حكولنا الحجز بلا افطار , مع انه العمال في الافطار رائعين ودللونا اخص في الشكر لعلاء الدين افضل واحدددد وكمان شيف نسيت اسمه
