Very disappointing stay, especially considering the standard expected from Rotana.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was far below expectations. Room service was poor, and the cleanliness of the room was not at an acceptable level.

The room itself was also in need of proper maintenance. The bathroom was leaking, and some of the lights were not working, which made the room feel poorly maintained.

What disappointed me most was the anniversary arrangement. This was a special occasion for us, and the arrangement provided by the hotel was extremely basic and underwhelming. I expected much more attention and effort from a hotel of this level.

The only positive points were the location and the view, which were very good.

Overall, the quality of the room, cleanliness, maintenance, service, and attention to our special occasion did not match the standard I expected from Rotana. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again based on this experience.
