Breakfast service
Pros:

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Rotana. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to the welcoming staff at the entrance for their warm and friendly reception every morning. I would also like to recognize Yazan, whose attentive, professional, and genuinely kind service made breakfast even more enjoyable. His positive attitude and attention to detail are truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making every visit a pleasant start to the day. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The team was extremely welcoming and professional. Everyone was so helpful, solving any issues on the spot. I especially want to mention the manager, Ahmad, who was incredibly supportive. And Marah, the receptionist, was just wonderful—always greeting with the biggest smile, so kind and the constant helpfulness set a whole new standard. Also, Mohammad and Zaid were on the night shift during my stay, and they were fantastic. Honestly, the entire team was so friendly and made my stay unforgettable!
